I wonder if it'll take then longer to load the shipping containers and reset for Canada than it took to box up all of UK and AU?

let's hope not. It could also be that they had to get back to normal business shipping so they wouldn't fall behind?

I'm hoping that's what's going on.  My fear is that this might be another Bones I situation, where they were able to start fulfillment, but had to stop to await more product.

Could it also be possible that the Canada and US/Mexico stuff is all together, so staging it to go just takes longer due to more material? We might get a happy surprise of flinging Canada out, then smoothly into the rest of fulfillment.

That would be okay with me. I'm planning on taking next Friday off, and I'd really like to have my new toys to okay with.

Someone posted in the KS comment page that they talked to Reaper today and were told that their Wave One package should be to them in 2 weeks.  I am guessing that Reaper is giving themselves a bit of a cushion on that so hopefully it will be sooner than that but at least it will be within a couple weeks at worst.

It probably is a cushion but it's likely not too far off the mark if the package is coming across the border.

Customs can be super quick and send stuff on immediately or hold stuff indefinitely; reality is usually somewhere in between.

Matthew Clark posted this as a response to when shipping will resume on the Facebook page: We are loading containers for the UK and AU this week. We don't have room to continue until we finish this. Then we will do Canada and load containers for there. Then we will start Wave one.

I'd heard that Canada was going to be a separate pick but that instead of palletizing them and reshipping from a fulfillment center here they were shipping directly.

That would also explain the two week buffer for a US-bound Wave 1 shipment.

I imagine Adepticon factors into the delay a bit, too, as it starts tomorrow, and Reaper usually has a decent size booth there.

I have family visiting the 4th-8th, so not having a delivery in that time will be kinda nice. On the other hand, it would have been nice to hand some of the figures to my mom so she has more, and some to give to the neighborhood kids near her.

I am making wild guestimates as to what day my box will arrive, based off how long it takes to drive from Denton to Calgary, then Calgary to Vancouver, and how much the postage system loves to fart around.

I estimate that I have ~3 weeks to learn to use my airbrush better!

Seeing as there wasn't a thread yet, I wanted to share another project that just hit Kickstarter, "DEPTHS OF SAVAGE ATOLL"

It's a great project I was happy to be involved with, doing some of the FDM print testing.  Everything looks great and prints well!

      https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ecaroth/depths-of-savage-atoll-3d-printable-tabletop-model/description
Welcome to "Depths of Savage Atoll" - an island chain on the edge of the world where the currents of the ocean, waves of the sea, sands of the beaches, and old-growth of the jungle are all teeming with life, adventure,  and countless dangers.
Enrich your tabletop RPG or wargaming experience with 3D print-ready minis, monsters, terrain, and buildings from island, nautical, and undersea environment.

This Kickstarter provides character minis, monsters, scatter terrain, buildings, and more for you to produce at home on your FDM or resin 3D printer. Rewards are for digital STL files to print the products shown and described in this campaign. Rewards are split into two categories: Scatter, and Minis - designed to be used together or independently, and all for normal tabletop gaming scale (28-32mm).

      Hi all,

Next month (probably the 14th) we will launch our latest project called Dragon Masters. Here's a little preview in the form of some of the concept art and renders created.

We will share some more pictures soon!
