expected to arrive in the UK in the following days, Ed guessed the 14th.

Good news.

I didn’t hear that part of the event.

Or exactly what was said.

Just to temper your expectations a bit: did that (arrive in the UK ) mean: make port in the UK, reach UK customs, or reach Reaper’s UK warehouse?

UPS has informed me my package will be delivered tomorrow as expected.

Is it tomorrow yet?

Me too! Woohoo!

They're still on an extended tour of Lexington, though. I hope they don't show up drunk. Google tells me distillery tours are pretty popular around there.

They were talking about the arrival of the ship in port, not the containers at the warehouse. So maybe yesterday in port plus N days to clear customs, be shipped to the warehouse, and be unpacked. Then on to labeling and shipping back out.

Question for those of you who received the Lost Valley expansion.

What do the tusks of your large elephant man look like?

Mine looks like one may be mispositioned.

Is this what yours looks like?

Elephants in nature have these kind of variations all the time .. ( well maybe not all the time, but a google image search for 'elephant irregular tusks' comes up with a few with that sort of deformity - some even broken off as others have suggested.. )

Yep, planned on calling and finally got a chance to. Good thing I did because apparently my package decided it wanted to visit a Game Stop warehouse.

:huh::unsure::lol:

When the driver goes this afternoon to make his pickups, they will try to get it back and will try again Monday if not.

Nothing happened on Friday so I am hoping to hear something today. If not, they said they would call me tomorrow and if I don't hear from them by noon, I am calling. I am trying to be optimistic but part of me is worried they won't be able to get it back.

Maybe a light bulb will go off in someone's head and GameStop will realize that the only way they can cope with the prevalence of downloadable titles would be to stock Reaper minis.

They're already selling board games, not too big of a jump.

From the little I've seen, OKC is probably a great place to live, but I wouldn't have thought it a good place for a four-day visit.

The UPS hub there is near the river but I wouldn't describe it as a garden spot. However, there is some excellent food nearish so maybe they went out for dinner (several times)?

Maybe so. Pretty sure they didn't go to a Sooners baseball game, since they were out of town at Baylor.

Or maybe they did, and that's what took so long.

:grr:
