Mine also arrived.  Only obvious problem being the paint set wrong as others have also had.  Got the glow part of set B, but not the other 1/2 (being 1/2 the A set).  More inventory later when I have time.

Oof. That's an annoying systematic error for them to need to correct. A one-off, eh, whatever. A whole batch means a lot of minor boxing of both paints and small shipments, and checking their remaining inventory to see if it is correct or not.

Incidentally, mine appearified in Salt Lake at 8:14am PDT this morning. They're getting closer!!

I did that last year. I get a text update when a package is delivered, which is really handy because they are usually dropped at the apartment office.

Annoying yes, but look at it this way: out of all the things that could have been mispacked, paints are the very least bad (except maybe bases). Since paint is produced in-house by Reaper, we won't have to wait on another slow boat from China before they can send out replacements. 

 

That said, it sucks for Reaper, since packaging and shipping so many additional paint bottles will be a cost they'll have to eat.

don't think that's going to help me if they're not scanning my package as it's traveling, otherwise wouldn't the tracker itself update?

i don't need to be told when it'll be delivered, i'll be home no matter what. I just want to know where it is, since there has been no activity on the tracker since it shipped on thursday

I had to see if I ordered any paint on this one & I did, Paint Set B ((A) must have been older colors, as I tend to only order newer ones). @OneBoot I totally agree with the paint being one of the best problems to have. No slow boat.

These things rarely arrive early as there is rarely open dock facilities before the scheduled time for arrival.

Even if it does arrive a few hours early unloading won't start before the scheduled time because the longshoremen/crane operators aren't scheduled to work until a certain time so there is nobody there to operate the cranes, and the trucks won't be there anyway until the scheduled unload time.

Did anyone get BOTH paint sets and have an issue? I will not know till tomorrow. (or possibly Wednesday morning, as I am doing the unboxing then and want to be genuinely surprised haha)

Looks like they stalled out for today (or order #936 put in for a LOT of stuff!)  I'm happy to see them on to wave 2, and it seems like they still have 2/3 of the items of doom?

My confirmation from earlier today included Free Giants and a Tree of Despair, so they hadn't run out of those by the time they got to my order. (Seems like huts ran out in wave 1)

Oof. I’ve been offline all day but it’s already on Wave 2 and no shipping notice (even on the PM) for me. I guess that means they ran out of the but before they got to me.
