I was all set to pick up my box at the local UPS store yesterday afternoon after a rather grueling day at work, but UPS, for some reason, moved it from "out for delivery" in the morning and rerouted it back to the sorting center instead of taking it to the store. So, I'll have to drive out there again today to get my box now. Not happy, UPS. Not happy.

Yah, all three of them are jackals on some level Just hope UPS doesn't do like they did with my table saw and delivery at 6PM, good chance my youngest will start tearing it open before we get back from oldest's taekwondo:( Oh, wait, we are all going haha nevermind.

Oh, and for those who ordered the dreadmere expansion and not yet got it yet, BMC showed dreadmere laid out, and the two frogs are different, one is mouth closed and the other is sticking it tongue out:)

All the paint discussion made me go back and check mine. I didn't think there were any errors since I had 4 boxes of 24 different paints, I even shared pics here. After checking I still got all the new paints, but there was definitely some oddities.

 

Paint set A:

These came in two boxes, labeled 2A and 2B, divided as shown. You might think Paint set A would be labeled 1A and 2A, or even 1A and 1B, but you would be wrong. Also, 2A is titled (on the box) "Master Series Paint Core Colors" and 2B is called "Master Series Paint Pathfinder Colors"

 

Paint Set B:

Paint set B contains 1A and 1B, divided as shown, in a decidedly different grouping than set A. And 1A is labeled "Master Series Paint Pathfinder Colors", 1B is called "Master Series Paint Core Colors". Also of note, it looks like Ancient Wood received a last minute name change to Ancient Bark.

 

I'm still very happy with my paints, I got everything I ordered and have no complaints. But it does look like they have some issues with their packing system.

It is confusing why they did it the way they did. I will find out Wednesday if all goes well, as I got both sets as well. Looking at the paints, maybe they felt TWO wood paints would be confusing

I wish the mystic portal was a stand alone piece, it is so far the only thing that I didn't order that I wish I had from bones 4. Didn't make too much sense for me to buy it for $50 on here, when I could wait and get it for more likely $20 retail. Otherwise I'm happy with my order, now just have to wait for another 6 weeks for wave 14, woo.

Or conversely, you could have bought it for fifty, have it now (not 6-9 months from now) and sold off what you didn't want (or trade in a BoGW??) and probably broke even or even show a small profit Just saying.

I'm dubious of the efficacy of selling what I don't want in a box. Maybe... but sometimes the hassle of selling it off isn't worth it.

 

I mostly wanted the last bit of Fan Favorites - the catfolk, Izzy, and the Efreeti and Genie - and I already have the female catfolk in pewter and the Efreeti thanks to last month's giveaway. Just gotta wait for the others to hit the store...

I’d ponied up $5 to UPS to delay my shipment since I wasn’t going to be around and we’ve had a couple of porch thieves lately in the neighborhood. Then it got weather delayed and missed the requested delayed delivery. UPS cancelled the $5 charge. At least something was done right.
