They seem to be shipping at a good clip. I'm wave 7 and id be sanguine about receiving my package next week except I ordered Frost Giant raiders. Id pay the cost to have them shipped seperately but I think im looking at the wait for lost container shipment.

Ok, so I am about 3 hours in to assembly but think I am done for today. 

 

Not a a big fan of how the dragon turtle sits on the flight stand. I love the frost giant raiders. Love the snake people and giant snake. I hate the hand/rock/pig assembly in the troll. 

 

This is is a lot more work than previous bones...

Hmm, all this talk of mossbeard being MIA, almost makes me want to open my box tonight, instead of in the morning during the unboxing. Not going to change the fact either way, so I guess we will all know tomorrow morning.

Evidently, the paint sets were labelled much like how paint colors are named. If you picked up Army Painter Babe Blonde, you now have the color Daemonic Yellow.

The sculpts were first seen in the Conan skirmish prepainted miniatures game by Pulpasaurus, founded in party by Shane Helmsley (?) of Pinnacle Entertainment Group. This skirmish game failed to fund. The Conan boardgame is by Monolith, and is a separate product that's available retail, though Monolith no longer is selling it retail, afaik. Mebbe Pulpasaurus should reach out to Monolith and Reaper, now that the molds are paid for...!

I was asking myself what to do with those minitaurs, I guess they are gonna be some sort of fey creatures. They're just too cute to be demons imho. And I can totally see some fey lady having them running around at a decadent, labyrinth-themed garden party.

Are you assembling everything before mold line removal?

Do you think that’s best?

Did they ever announce the actual contents for the Modern Scenics add-ons?  Reason I ask is that I only have two of each barrel and the graphic shows three of each.  They're cast two to a sprue, so they'd have to clip one off of each sprue to get it up to three each.  Sprue attachment is on the sides of the barrel as well, which will take more work to ensure they're smooth, than it would if they'd done it on the bottom of the barrels.  

 

I've finished the gross check of items.  Need to look at the core and Dreadmere to make sure I've got all the figures in those.  At some point I'll have to start checking to be sure I have all the parts for each figure.  

The KS specifies 3 of each.  I only had 2 of each as well.  I contacted Reaper last week as US shipping was starting up in case it was factory problem. Maybe it was....
They shipped replacements the same day.

Yeah. The vast majority won’t get painted for years. But I need the minis for my pathfinder game.

I've checked all of my overall items are there. All of the contents of expansions are there. Have not checked all of my add-ons in detail, as making sure my order itself was here was rather exhausting. I did notice I have the same issue in my modern scenics. I'll probably report that now, and message them again if anything else comes up later.

Part of me just wants to assemble everything right now and not wait for the time it’ll take to properly prep them.

 

Not because I need them for a game. I just want them on display so I can look at them and not have them boxed away for years like I have done with the first three Bones kickstarters... And from other kickstarters... and with other minis I’ve been collecting since the ‘80’s.
