I went to UPS for pick up first thing in the morning.  The pets are shown for scale of the box, and this one was only 23 pounds.

Box has reached the Chelmsford, MA distribution center. Not much farther until delivery.

(There were no check-ins between Ft. Worth and Chelmsford. Go figure)

Finally got the coarse inventory done (meaning all the items I ordered are here), now I'll need a few...days... to fine inventory everything and see what there is to report. Need to see what the statues look like and then open the big stuff and expansions and see if we have any missing parts. Man, I am tired already:( Paints were all there and correctly marked. More to come.

Bones day 2. All my add ons and extras assembled. Except the 2 barges and 2 Argents. And a couple more Demons and devils... rewarded myself by opening the lord of the jungle. 

 

Tomorrow is expansions and the 2 core sets.

years ago at a gaming event outside a store I had a pre teen drop a mini then Drag it with their foot across the concrete to get it closer to pick up. It was trashed.  This led to me stopping bringing minis to cons and events which led to my stopping painting minis. The first Bones Kickstarter is what for me back into the hobby.

 
 

 

Back in 1983, a pre-teen picked up two of my miniatures and started bashing them together - 'Look! They're fighting!'

 

Thirty years later, that was the primary motive for investing in the first Bones KS....

The room also kinda looks like you're playing inside a old school European inn. Talk about setting an atmosphere. Beautiful game area!

 

 

Oh, I finished checking the contents of my pledge and the only thing out of place was the paint mix up many others have seen. I added paint set B and got half of B and half of set A. Sent Reaper an email about the mix up this afternoon and they already sent me a tracking number. I honestly have no idea how they can find the time to respond so fast. Reaper's customer service is as astonishing as always.
