should be 6PM reaper time (for me on the west coast 4PM). Just checked twitch, the counter says an hour 40 minutes, so there should be one

What is their Twitch channel name? Or how can I see what you're talking about?

Yeah. He does that. He climbed on top a few minutes later, but all the spiky wyvern and turtle bits were not comfy.

Its reaperminiatures in twitch, also will be on youtube later (sans chat).

Some highlights:

size change on argent:

It was size vs. cost basically

International shipping:

EU due the 24th of april

AU either May 7th or 17th (will have to review livestream, missed that one clearly)

Thunderhoof lost it's base because it ended up not needing one

I asked about recycling sprues and sending them back to reaper. They said recycle them like normal plastic:)

The box to the right: Baba Yaga's hut; to the left is Argent.

It appears that I got the right paints:

They haven't released any of the weapon sprues that I'm aware of.

Back in 1983, a pre-teen picked up two of my miniatures and started bashing them together - 'Look! They're fighting!':grr:

Thirty years later, that was the primary motive for investing in the first Bones KS....

We got about 80% of the models.  We had planned to have an unboxing party, where we would all team up and prime / zenithal all the models.  With all the assembly required this time around, we decided to go ahead and open them and get the all put together.   It took most of the day for the two of us, but everything is assembled except a few of the dangley bits for the barge, which seems to like to be assembled in stages.   Our entire table has been confiscated by bones.

I think I would use two pairs of 3/8" cylinder x 1/4" thick (approximate) neodymium magnets per leg, installed with opposite polarity per pair. This should give you the holding strength for the hut and the opposite polarity pairs would index the legs correctly every time. Probably set the magnets in epoxy in the recesses on each side, place the legs in place for curing, and use wax paper to keep the legs from sticking to the hut until curing is complete.

A powerful magnet in the recess and a thin metal plate on  top of the legs.
