Is gel or regular superglue better?  Ive got two of the 3gram things of gorilla blue cap, but am unsure which to get for the rest of it.

Like anything it depends.  If your pieces fit very well together, the liquid is better because it flows into cracks and crevasses.  If there is space or you are gluing to a wood base then gel is better because it stays where placed and adds some bulk.

I prefer the gel. It's less likely to create a mess, and the gel can also be used to fill in some gaps in miniatures without much difficulty.

I just bought a 3.5oz Loctite Go 2 Glue for when my minis arrive. I hope that will be enough. Sadly, I couldn't find a bottle of gel larger than .14oz.

Has Go 2 Glue been tested on Bones?  It is not superglue, and is quite cheap compared to superglue.  On Loctite's information page, they indicate it works on rigid PVC, so I'm thinking it could be okay.  It also warns some paints may not be compatible, but doesn't specify.

i prefer regular, i've had real trouble getting gel to keep Bones together

The thing I like about regular liquid is that when you have one of the bones' deep sockets you can put a little pool on the bottom and when you push the joint in hard (keeping the socket level) the liquid will seap up and pretty uniformity coat everything.  Sometimes it takes some clean up if you put to much in... But that joint is not coming apart once it hardens.

agreed, my issue with the gel is that it doesn't seem to have the coverage necessary for a proper tight glue and the pieces seem to just come apart later or not stick at all

Ed recommended loctite gel, I've been using loctite liquid and haven't had any issues. I can imagine the gel being easier in some ways.

The gel doesn't run and go all over. I haven't stress tested them , but so far it seems to be holding well (did the frost giants and the owlbear from core). Definitely easier to work with and don't feel I need to rush once I put the glue on.

7974 orders left, Wave 11 shipping. Getting close to 2/3 complete. Wondering if we will see Wave 14 before we see the held orders from Wave 1 onward beginning to ship.  They are hitting about 1,000 orders a day, so at this rate they will be into Wave 12 by tomorrow afternoon, Wave 13 Wednesday Thursday afternoon, and Wave 14 on Thursday  Friday. Container is supposed to arrive and be unloaded "this week (maybe)". It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

7455 will be 2/3, 5591 will be 3/4. IF they can continue at this rate, and if there are no further hiccups in the process, we should see completion of shipping by Thursday, May 2nd  Friday, May 3rd.

Edited due to Dorf forgetting what day it is.

7813 orders remaining. Right on track for 2/3 completion and starting Wave 12 today, starting Wave 13 tomorrow. Should see 3/4 complete by COB Monday.

Any bets on Wave 14 vs "list of Doom" delayed orders before the end of the week?

I use thin super glue most often when assembling Bones figures. When I need more volume, I usually go to epoxy rather than gel super glue. But then I don't much trust the shear strength of super glue, especially when there's a little slop in a joint (as there often is when you need volume).

I also use thin super glue and baking soda for gap filling quite a bit.

Allegedly someone in the UK is receiving their pledge tomorrow... not sure how much i believe that....i am rather skeptical.... will wait and see i guess

I'm a tad sceptical as well. As far as I remember the EU pledges were going to be sent out first, followed by the UK ones.
