Actually if you turn your phone sideways aka landscape they'll show up. I had my phone that eay when I came across this post :)

Huh. Maybe it's an iphone thing; I've got Android and the only way they show up is when I select the "Desktop site" option in my mobile browser.

Was there anything special needed in the email to reaper about missing or miscasted parts??

Email is [email protected]. State that it's for Bones 4, and include order number, Kickstarter email address, description of missing/messed up pieces (if possible using the numbers on the KS graphics). Don't include pictures or attachments unless asked to do so (or your email gets deleted by the filter).

Important additional information.  Include your mailing address.  They CAN look it up with the kickstarter information but ... it will save them exorbitant amounts of time.

I went through all the boxes, everything is accounted for. Mumlak had his weapon broken, so did one of the stone giants (the others came unassembled). One of the crab looking things from fan favorites also has something broken, but that's everything so far.

Add on baggies are all there, but I haven't opened the big ones yet.

The wraiths and bonus goblins are currently on my father's counter top drying from being brushed, I hope to practice batch painting on them. But seeing them all lying there, 24 is A LOT.

24?? Have you not seen my WIP thread::):

Hey, I don't know if this is allowed or not, (very sorry if it isn't,) but my mom and I paint our miniatures together and we just got our big box from bones 4 and we post all of our minis on instagram. We'd love it if y'all checked our page out and maybe passed on some constructive criticism. We are @macklinfamilyminiatures

Thank you so much if you stop by and once again I am very sorry if we aren't supposed to promote any other websites, or link outside accounts.

EDIT: I didn't notice I could attach an image. Here is an example of my Mom's work. Hope y'all like it!

Things that make me feel old....

Grump: Wow! Carmen Miranda!

Megan: Who?

Grump: <_<

I had to explain about Carmen Miranda, and that her ghost haunts Space Station 3.

She is a fun model, and I look forward to painting her... maybe for the fantasy cops game if I ever run it for the grown ups. (A fungal madam, replacing her working girls with fungal copies... not a good choice for the after school game.)

The difference.

Had to use my +2.75 magnifiers for that one.

Nice! Gonna have to remember this when I get around to building it...

As for all the goblins and kobolds from the last couple of kickstarters? Yeah, that's gonna be a lot of batch painting when I finally get around to them!

You'll get yours soon man, I'm calling it right now. Before this week is over, you'll have your notification.

Edit: Looks good Skallabjorn, how does it look dryfitted? And are you gonna sand it abit more aswell or do you think the paint will cover what's left?

More sanding, definitely. Only the bottom half of the gap is visible dry fitted, but I know it is there, and it would disturb me every time I looked at the model.

Is the form letter reply just a standard thing after you've sent the message with everything the form letter wants or do I need to resubmit my email?

LOVING Bones Black!

Paints easily, you can SEE the detail, not nearly as bendy.

BUT I really think it needs to go out unassembled. If the arms hadn't been glued onto the Lost Valley giants then I don't think they would have snapped off in shipping, as is, almost all of the stone giants had broken arms or weapons, and Mammoth Guy had a weapon that was broken in two places. I am amazed his tusks didn't get broken.

I know that Reaper is hoping to compete with the WizKids lines, with pre-assembled models, but I will take unassembled over badly assembled or broken.

I have to agree, i don't see the point in trying to compete with what is often and inferior product that is way over-priced in most cases.  Saw wiz-kids 8 on the shelf Friday  and they are $15. each for things like a small Dragon or hill giant-  ($5. of that is packaging). You can get a hill Giant in baggy pants a ruck sack, carrying a club from Wizkids, or you can get Golan and Krug both for $3. more.  I also don't understand the fascination with "no assembly required",  isn't modeling all about putting things together?   Their sculpts overall lack imagination and creativity,  the better ones are straight out of the players handbook, those   models are OK, but some of the sculpts are just terrible. Their just-released Hobgloblins  look like ugly Eleves . -  rant off : )

On a side note, anyone know when this last Reaper wave will hit the retail store?

So far, all I've heard on Reaper Live is they will start releasing in June.  Hopefully they will get more specific on what and when as we get further along in the fulfillment cycle.

What I don't remember them saying is whether or not retail items would be going out assembled.  Properly packaged, assembled minis wouldn't break as easily, but there's the issue with not being able to paint things that are blocked, and there's the potential for bad assembly.  Bones Black doesn't flex nearly as well as original Bones.  I also don't know how hard they are to pull apart if the assembly is bad or parts are blocked.  We know the Hut is not easy to disassemble, though it can be cut apart.
