That is always my goal, though I'm pretty sure I've achieved it by now. Which is why I'm actually eagerly looking forward to the next one!  Once I've recovered a little more from the last one, that is.

Too o be honest... it's not all of the saving myself thing, it's also a good dose not having the time, and not wanting to commit to something that I know will just land on my shelf of shame for a bit. 

 

Yes, 7 day challenges are good for that too, but I have to have the seven days in a row.

Please, please more cavalry.  There is only one cavalry unit in Bones and it's covered in spiky barding.

I didn't think I'd need that many bases, but I'm finding more and more figures that like to topple over when I use the table to push myself up from my chair after my knees have gotten stiff sitting there gaming for so long.

Alternately, there's the Box of Goodwill, and it's little brother Box of Goodwill: basing edition that they could be put into.

Again, perfectly understandable. And I apologize if it sounded like I was trying to pressure anyone into something they aren't comfortable doing. I just like to encourage people to push their comfort levels a little and see that they're capable of much more than they think they are.  I think you're a fine painter, and whenever you tackle your big beasties, I know they'll turn out wonderful!

Well part of my plan was to pay the people's shipping. But if people want to pay there own shipping, I will take the bases off their hands and find them a good home.

Oneboot, you really are a wonderful and adorable human being. You were in no way, shape or form sounding like you were pressuring me. 

 

My comment was aimed at addressing my worry that I might discourage people from trying. I have NOT been to Reaper con so I don't really know how I rank as a painter, but I know I'm not terrible. 

 

I didn't want people who know my work to think that they had to paint better than my current level to be 'good enough'. Ok, Saying ithat out loud, I can see how silly my worry was, and probably No one was thinking that.  

 

However, I want everyone to feel comfortable to tackle a project that big no mattter what level they are at. Because I totally agree with you, I think people need to push themselves to see they are capable of much more than they think!

I really want to find the slope of the linear like area in the middle of the U shaped curve so I can extrapolate where this KS will end.

I know the feeling. I've learned a bunch of new excel stuff because of tweaking and improving the tracking sheet that I do.

Actually, I could swear that I recently saw a stock photo of a new bones cavalry unit that wasn't Sir Lorenth and wasn't from a kickstarter. Anybody have a link to that? I can't find it so now I feel kinda crazy.
