Per Ron in the KS comments, they didn't have the second frog ready for when the goal was revealed.  they will update the graphic when they receive the other frog.  So there will be two different sculpts.  There may also be a removable tongue that might be included if it turns out all right.

 

TLDR: There will be two different frog sculpts, and *might* be a tongue as well.

Dreadmere is looking great!
 

I like that the Maggotcrown soldiers seem to match up with the Town Guards in the base set.  I'm a big fan of synergy between the lines (so I'm also glad the Cave Dwellers Troll resembles the Marsh? Trolls in earlier sets)
 

Vatanis looks like a cool cross between the 4E/5E styled Tieflings and Warcraft Draenei.

I think dreadmere is gonna be key to pushing the next few reveals. I hope they get to the second (fantasy) expansion. If it's as cool as dreadmere, this is gonna be a great kickstarter.

Those frogs look great. That cart looks great. Dreadmere is approaching a serious maybe for me even though I have several of the figures in metal already.

 

Also love the bandits. The core is still looking like a pick and choose but who knows.
