I think it's because of Bones Gauth. He could probably be replaced with a dozen or two worth of human-sized heroic scale minis.

That's because it started with a big Dragon and 43 minis as a start.

Where the others only had normal sized minis.

BTW anyone know what 6 is in the Core set?  It's got me stumped, I can't decided if it's a dire bear, or the cookie monster.

As I counted there are 10 less than Bones 3, but I think that dragon is a fair trade for 10 mid sized minis.

Agreed not sure if I'm getting the core set though it's tempting for the dragon alone!
