Even if there's no "actual" Baba Yaga in this KS, there's an old woman in the Dreadmere expansion who could fill the role in a pinch.

 

I'm excited to see Dreadmere Part III, but trying to keep my hopes low. The Chronoscope's third expansion was pretty much one extra dino astronaut and a bunch of traffic cones, after all. (Really cool traffic cones that I want, but still.)

Not into tieflings, don't play D&D, but yes, Vatanis rocks. Too bad we can't get multiples because I think there is going to be an argument over which of us gets to paint him.

I think what I would do is use 77088, the grandmother, to lure the players in. Baba Yaga isn't always a hideous evil witch, sometimes she's just an old lady living alone in the woods.  Then switch to one of the witch coven (2904). hey have lots of character.

I like her a lot. Kinda how I imagine hags, even though they look really different in the current monster manual.

The problem with horse cavalry in this plastic material is: ankles. Horse hoofs and ankles are just not meant for this plastic Bones material. It is too thin and bendy to hold the mass of the horse torso and whatever rider it might have. 

 

ATM can't think of a solution. 

You could try inserting a small needle up through the bottom of the hoof. Added bonus is that it would double as a pin to your basing of choice.

I really like the idea of Baba Yaga being a benefactor for the players -- so long as they can see past her stereotypically witch-like appearance and... eccentric mannerisms.

Seem to be gaining a steady number of new backers, but it doesn't look like it's denting the hours to the next goal much. Maybe lots of people backing solely for the hut?

I like stats and I haven't shared my tracking of the Bones x 4 in a while. Here is an update after yesterday's numbers. The first two are the real comparisons and the other two are stretching the timescale of all 4 bones to be the same. Bones 1-Yellow, Bones 2-Green, Bones 3-Red, Bones 4-Blue

i'd be happy to help. I don't have the $400 to support that I did last time, but I find the ride fun. This is also the time in a kickstarter where people panic a little about stalls so I wanted to put our numbers in context. I too would like to be ticking along a little faster but when we look at it if all were the same numbers of days, we are in good shape.

 

The data set I really want to build is the core set size by day number, both total minis and the count modified by size. Reaper says that is the big key new backers, so I want to know if they have bent that curve this time around.
