Dreadmere is a lock.  Unsure about the Tree of Deswoe, but it'll probably get use as scenery if nothing else.  Iron toothed witch in mortar is superb, we just need a Prince Ivan figure now : ).  Chooken Hut is a must have both for scenery, and for potentially painting as a gingerbread cottage that's fallen into disrepair.  Kobolds are always going to hit my soft spot, the more and more varied the better.  I might do the leaders in different chromatic colors >.>

Is gud!

Dreadmere looks pretty good, no lie.

Also for those looking for paint racks there's some european (or NZ?) company called Hobby Zone that makes paint stands of various sizes. I have two of their Large Paint Stands on my desk and love them. I believe they make a bunch of items for a system so you can get storage for accessories and such as well.

I wonder if anyone will complain lain about 6 breasted kobolds lol

For a second, I didn't scroll back up to look at the picture, just in case you were trollin'... but I looked anyway. I didn't notice Ms. Hexaboob the first time.

So. Kobolds. I'll pass, but I'm already in for the core, so fine. But that Dreadmere expansion part 3. I was sitting at, by my estimate, at $36 of figures I wanted from the expansion so was waiting for retail. Was a little happy since it wasn't going to explode my pledge once again. I calculated I wanted about $39 worth of the Part 3 figures, and so that makes buying the whole expansion cheaper. Unless the small figures will retail for less than $3, and the bigger ones for less than $6. And I don't think they will, or, don't think they'll get low enough to not make it worth the $50. And I had to check. They'd have to retail for less than $1.07 before it wouldn't be worth it to me. *sigh*

Then I did the same retail/kickstarter calc to the Paints B, since I hadn't yet. *sigh*

I really was going to go lightly this time. Really. Honest.

*kicks wallet, which yelps and huddles in a corner*

Off to the Pledge Master, I mean, Pledge Manager.

I did really similar math and that's why I'm probably adding dreadmere. The core is still on the "pick and choose" for me though because there's only 3 packs I'm sure I want at this point. And saving money on some figures might not be worth the pain of a bunch of stuff I don't want. Plus gives me retail to look forward to. We'll see though, huz says he'll decide at the end of the kickstarter when everything is pretty much revealed. He hasn't been real pro-core so far, but maybe he is thinking it over.

I strongly prefer the lizard kobolds

I have to agree with you on that. I was never a fan of kobolds until they switched from the dog style to dragon. I actively buy every dragon style kobold I can find. Still, for the gamers who prefer the dog kobolds these are as nice as they come. Darn cute.

I'm going to skip the Dreadmere set, but I'll definitely be picking up that pack tortoise as soon as it hits retail. Such an amazing idea. Mad props to whoever came up with the concept. Easily one of the coolest things in the campaign.

I'm sitting at $200 in the PM, which is just $50 short of what I currently have pledged. I just KNOW there will be more than $50 worth of cool stuff I'll want before the KS is over.

Dang it I'm really trying to keep this one below our Bones 1 total, but it's gonna be super tough!

Huzzah!

It looks like the chieftain, in particular, will still make for a good lizard-kobold. And they're all wonderful sculpts.

For me, I'm mostly disappointed that someone finally makes a six-breasted humanoid-animal hybrid thing and I don't really want it! :upside:

Real kobolds have fur. Y'all are having to deal with the Mandela effect and your lizard kobolds. One of my favorite things reaper does is hold to the true-mess of furry kobolds. :-)
