Hey, you Mandela effect yourself! ;) Real kobolds have scales! The big confusion was with the description of their doglike barks...

I had nightmares about those things last month. They were about the right comparative size (vs poor Sir Forscale). They looked about like that. They were gray-brown though, and contained the moanings of friends who had been coerced into crawling inside.

 

Why, Reaper? Why must you mine such nightmares? Why my nightmares? Why must you insist I inflict such horrors on my PCs? Why else would you give me such tools if not to inflict horror?

The Dreadmere expansion is closely becoming more exciting then the core. A shame Chronoscope is being left to the dogs, I personally love the Chronoscope line and was quietly wishing for more. But Dreadmere? My goodness, they haven't skipped a beat on it. Heck that gulper alone might convince my co-worker to just pledge himself.

Dreadmere is really good.  I may even have my wife "Tell" me to add that to our pledge!   This may just be a first!  This is quite funny.   Especially since one of her good friends is named Damaris and she may get a couple more of those when they release just to paint and give to her friend.  This is quite funny for me!

I dunno a lot of versatility going on in the core, but yeah would love some more unique beasties thrown in to get some pledgers to get both, Im sure with inclusion of another few well sculpted beasts/demons/dragons will get the core set a few more pledges

I think core set is pretty well rounded. Has low level mobs in the form of kobolds and goblins, higher ones as the armored versions, the skeletal things, demons, griffin, wyvern. Giant Gauth, trolls, NPCs, PCs

So. Kobolds. I'll pass, but I'm already in for the core, so fine. But that Dreadmere expansion part 3. I was sitting at, by my estimate, at $36 of figures I wanted from the expansion so was waiting for retail. Was a little happy since it wasn't going to explode my pledge once again. I calculated I wanted about $39 worth of the Part 3 figures, and so that makes buying the whole expansion cheaper. Unless the small figures will retail for less than $3, and the bigger ones for less than $6. And I don't think they will, or, don't think they'll get low enough to not make it worth the $50. And I had to check. They'd have to retail for less than $1.07 before it wouldn't be worth it to me. *sigh*

 

Then I did the same retail/kickstarter calc to the Paints B, since I hadn't yet. *sigh*

 

I really was going to go lightly this time. Really. Honest.
