My husband would go for an Egyptian themed expansion. :) I'd love it too. And enos nice leeches.

A question to pass the time while we wait for the cat dragon next update.

 

 

 

What is the first model you'll paint from Bones 4 and why?

 

I'm not sure Cat Dragon is a valid answer but the judges might allow it.

 

I plan to paint the Lady Devil (#72) though I'll need to find a shirt or some strategic armor for her. Poor thing seems to have left home in a hurry and forgotten something.

 

As for why, the model looks great the pose is eye catching, the wings are spectacular. She'll make a great villain for the Fantasy Hero campaign I plan to run for my wife.

Yeah there was that weird looking thing with the open mouth that looked...Egyptian.  I too would be in for an Egyptian themed expansion.  Got plenty of friends who like it and would give the daughter and I more stuff to paint and gift instead of horde on our pretty filled shelves.

Possibly the Tree of Despair. It looks easy to paint and will be a great place to show off other minis from the project as they get painted.

The live stream hasn't happened yet.  Ratmaster was saying he submitted that question for when it does happen.  You're going to have to twiddle for two days before we get an answer; assuming they even do answer that question... (which if I were a betting man I would say they won't).

I would love the dreadmere expansion, but its not looking sunny in RL. 

- did check though my boxes and found 3 villagers and a faction member in metal that I picked up from ReaperCon.

 

So its a few add-ons and perhaps a piece or two from the core. 

Wishlist: 

Undead dragon (i don't have any of the previous ones) 

Fire giant 

Tree of Woe 

Wyrven 

Hut.

Hard to say, since not everything is out yet. If i was going off purely what is available right now, probably the pack turtle or the griffin

 

however, if i follow the usual that i've done for the past 2 kickstarters, my first thing painted will be whatever the largest item is. 

Bones 2 i painted Dragons Don't Share 2 first, Bones 3 I started my Ma'aldrakar first

well okay yes, i did start 2 at once and am still working on both

Never noticed the "Community" tab on the KS. Shows where the backers are from. Shows a bit why they picked U.K. and Australia for the hubs since they round out the top four after the US and Canada. Germany is a distant fifth. If backers is a useful proxy for customers in general, looks to be half their sales are on the island with the other half scattered across the EU.

 

Also interesting is that two Aussie cities are in the top five cities.

Dragon turtle! That thing is freaking amazing.
