BTW, some simple stats I just dug around and found.

 

By 2 hours into Bones 3 we were at the $395k mark.

EDIT: for Bone 2 we hit $385k goal in 1 hour 40 min or so.

So this one is about an hour behind pace.  Not bad for a fourth time around, especially considering Bones III just arrived for a lot of people.

Firstly I completely understand if you cant comment on this & I realise that you probably cannot give an "official" response.

A few of us have been commenting on the pace of pledges in comparison to previous Bones KSs. What is the general mood/opinion there in your offices?

I'm not Bryan, but the campaign leapt off to a 5x multiple of it's original funding target in less than an hour. Regardless of past Bones performance, it's hard for me to call that anything other than success.

I would also say that there are many people out there who are not degenerates like some of us and therefor are actually at work (and actually working) or are getting a descent night's sleep before they rush to KS.

 

Just a thought though.

Yeah...if I could make $400k in less than 4 hours just by telling people they would get something in the not too distant future I would be happy.  Instead I gotta make things for people and it takes a while and then I still get X amount from what that company gave to my company. :) 

 

Of course, even when I work hard I don't think it is anywhere near as hard as the Reaper folk work.
