completed Reaper Bones 4: Enthusiasm and Commentary Thread

The Dragon in the core set looks so familiar, but I can't place it.  Is it a new figure or something from Reaper's already extensive catalog?  And did I read that correct, 275 mm tall?

The smaller beastmen are pretty cool. I can definitely see an encounter where the party hears the legend, thinks they are facing real minotaur sized baddies and then confronts the minitaurs... Like that episode of Buck Rogers with the dwarves...

The dragon is Gauth; I understand the metal version was a real monster. >.>

So big that, like T'Raukzul from last Kickstarter, they no longer offer him. Just not cost effective with metal prices the way they are, although you might can find a copy on EvilBay or lurking in a dusty games shop...

I have the metal version sitting on my shelf above the computer desk. It is heavy requires a fair bit of putty work to close the gaps on. The wings are HEAVILY pinned. :)

I'm not sure I understand the purpose those minitaurs serve...  I mean, are there dwarf and/or halfling minotaurs?

Chibi-taurs? They're not quite right, proportionwise, for Krynnish minotaurs, but ... y'know, close enough.

So far we have Dicelings and Minitaurs!

 

There will likely be some chibis too.  

 

And I've heard talk of a cat dragon for fighting Mousling and/or Chibis as well?
