I've noticed a large amount of people who dislike skin lol. I'm so bad at painting thinks like cloaks and skirts and I tend to rush through armor :D 

Too bad they didn't make a hunky male giant with no shirt lol.

The frost giants are my favorite add-on yet. I'm nearing my budget limit, and that's after cutting a bunch of maybes that have just been pushed out by the latest cool offerings. 

 

I figure I can pledge x right now though, then set aside a little each month until next July to add more in the pledge manager. 

 

Side question, do bloodstone gnomes have a standard fantasy or D&D parallel, or are they specific to Reaper's world?

They are mutated deep gnome (svefilbifin or however that is spelled). Somewhere is a post from back in 2004 with the background for them.  I saw the link somewhere today or yesterday.

Remmember when Reaper told us that it is hard to tell females apart from males if they wear sensible clothing and dont have a caricature of feminine features. I can see that, but that just gives you the option of saying that something is a feminine male or just a normal female. So I don't really see a problem with it. You can paint duplicates as oposite gender (give a man a stuble, I say), you could allready do it to most female mages and rouges (it's a male elf I tell you).

Here I was assuming Bloodstone Gnomes were the Reaper "not-Derro."  Which struck me as odd, since Reaper has some models already called Derro.

Im just glad to see more female giants and ones that are fearsome. 

My favorite part of the mini to paint is the skin and face so I'm biased to barbarian type minis. 

It kinda makes sense for the frost giantesses to be wearing more clothes. Sorta. I guess they're immune to cold, so it doesn't matter. 

 

I hope they make fire giantess warriors who are dressed all barbaric. And cave woman (not Raquel Welch style) hill giantess warriors. And storm giantess warriors. And cloud. And so forth and so on.

Each of our minds is a world. In that world we ourselves decided what is innocence and what is guilt. Therefore as long as we believe ourselves to be innocent, we are so.

In regards to the KS, the giant raiders look fun. I can wait for the Dance and Blacksting, but really I don't want to.

It happens. People hit an unexpected bill and have to drop their pledge dollars down to something lower. I'm surprised with hurricane Harvey going on that it's not happening more.
