@Nunae - I assure you we will do everything we can to comply with the laws, and that includes refunds of taxes where necessary, and making sure that you do not get hit with unexpected fees to receive your parcel 
We will *always* post updates with any changes to policies as fast as we are able to do so

 

So, now I'm going back to work and stop stalking the KS comments. Maybe this helps @Glitterwolf or the others. Apparently they are also talking to their legal department about some of the questions asked, like the Norway/Switzerland situation and will update on that.

 

Also, some US backers seem to get really annoyed by the VAT discussion, but it's a lot of money being asked for here, so I think it's normal we want all our questions resolved.

Reaper now needs to collect VAT before shipping to the UK hub. So all the EU backers need to hand over 20% more. This update came in right at the 48 hour mark. 

Some questions on that remain open, e. g. what happens if the UK leaves the EU before we get our stuff. I'm confident we will get an update on that soon though.

IIRC I think people were saying that once their packages arrived in their countries they were having to pay quite a bit to be able to pick them up.

Are you aware the gas stations are low/empty on vehicle nectar?  It has been a little nuts up here the last 2 days.  up to 20 min waits or just no gas at all when you visit a location.  Just wanted to make sure anyone driving a distance to get here knew the situation and to be prepared.

I think you guys deserve your answers.  Most the conversations going on around here are basically meaningless, they are fun but not important.  I think information is more important.  Have you posted in the Information thread?  Don't know but it might be easier for them to find your questions there instead of picking them out of all the giddiness about the gazebo.

You guys have every right to be annoyed. Vat tax is ridiculous, and I hope nobody blames Reaper for basically an oh s*** moment when they mentioned it. They gotta cover their butts too. 

Can't get into the politics tho. Love all my European mini loving brothers and sisters!
