.. *eyes list* Priorities. I have to prioritise this list, because just about everything is on it, one way or the other. Other than the giants. And Nyarly-breath. And some other stuff that I'm not interested in, but everyone else has jumped on with both hands, because my interest is mine, and the thing is still cool, even if I don't really want one.... um. What was I doing again?

Right. Priorities. I haven't gotten to priorities yet, so the list is only sorted.

Core, Expansions I - V, (there being things I or Mr. Thorne wants in all of them), Rocky the Red(s),  Blacksting, Skeletal Dragon, Zombie Dragon, Argent, Tree of Despair, Baba Yaga's Hut, Fantasy Scenics, Dungeon Tiles, Dance of Death, Stygian Barge, Phoenix, Skeletal Monsters, Wraiths, Rulers of Hell, Blacktooth, Thunderfoot Behemoth, Artbook, Paint Sets A & B ...

and then there's spares of things, bases... the waffle list, which includes the Frost Sisters, the Fire giant and his pet hellhound, the giant snake, trolls, statues and giant-pants demons...

I'm in trouble, ain't I? ^^;

I'm ... okay, this is me, I don't expect this to be a shared opinion, and I'm not saying the folks who don't share my opinion are in any way wrong because they feel differently than I do.

I'm not really worried about the Big Reveal that we (maybe) didn't get. Yah, it's disappointing, and I'm intensely curious, but.. y'know, there's probably going to be a Bones V, and we'll probably see it then. Or at Reapercon. There is more than enough damage being done to the budget without a huge mystery thing that I might or might not actually end up being very interested in. So I'm less fussed about it.

That having been said... I'm just as curious as everyone else what it is or was supposed to be.. ^^;

Ladystorm's comment in the official thread has me wondering...  The intent is that everything will make it to retail.  So does this apply to previous KS?  Will we someday get our retail Sir Danel from Bones 2???  I kinda want to ask, but it's not exactly a Bones 4 question.

I don't think Bones 1's Urban Legend Sophie ever did either.    But that was labeled as an Exclusive from the start.

I would have liked to find out what the big models were but I got the couple of things I really wanted. And a few hundred dollars of stuff I didn't know I wanted until seeing them. Because I buy mostly with the intent of playing with them I'm not as into the massive models. They're beautiful but expensive (even at KS prices) and take up a lot of space. When they take up a quarter of my playing area for one mini it's off my wish list. I'm all about the hordes of man to ogre sized minis with a handful of larger things. Admittedly the handful is getting pretty big now too. Kaladrax is the perfect example for me. Love the model but she's just so big I haven't done anything with her. I tried selling her but nobody bit and now I'm considering hacking her up for awesome terrain instead. But I feel kind of bad about doing that to her.

Maybe for me it was that the last 48 hours did not reveal anything exciting for me

so I was eagerly awaiting this big mystery reveal they had teased at so much

So when it never came, the last 48 hours were truly a real let down. I think the only thing revealed in the final 2 days I am getting is Argent, and I am iffy on him due to the scales so even he wasn't al that exciting for me

naybe it is different for people who liked the barge and the fanfavorites and the Mythos guy, but I was so much more excited for DoD and Blacksting than I was over the final end of the ks

eagerly checking for the mystery mini every update to try and liven it up for myself resulted in nothing =/

I was disappointed because they had teased this mystery item relentlessly during the campaign

'oh tjere is something bigger!"

"we aren't down with the big guys yet'"

"We have something that'll blow your minds!"

not exact quotes nut but that is the gist of it, all during the Campaign

amd then....nothing

it was a lot of hype hey built up through their teasing that wa never actually delivered through

Yes it was a successful KS and there are a lot of goodies I cannot wait to own

but IMO if it is unsure we are going to reach a goal, maybe don't hint and tease at it so much. Then you don't get the disappointment many felt at this big amazing item never appearing

I feel the same way. I'm very excited by the figures that came out, but also quite disappointed that we never got the capstone that kept being hinted at but made absolutely no appearance. Does anyone else get the feeling that things kinda fell apart near the end?  First the livestream crashed after 3 minutes, and then after that there were very few updates in the comments section since Bryan was busy with the Pizza Dungeon. While I'm really glad everyone was able to go out there and enjoy themselves and be able to see previews of all the awesome miniatures, I feel like it served as too much of a distraction to the ones running the Kickstarter, and kept them pulled away instead of being able to focus solely on driving the pledges like during Bones 3. I am and will always be a cheerleader for Reaper and I'm not trying to disparage what they've accomplished, I'm only mentioning this because I believe that the end could be managed better next time by doing without the party altogether, or at least completely sequestering the ones running the Kickstarter so that they're not constantly distracted by the goings-on around them. That's just my two copper, anyways.

The new Skeletal Dragon or the Zombie Dragon might be more up your alley then!

Kaladrax makes awesome terrain if you want.

But I do think evilbay can help you too.

The skeletal dragon is on the buy list. Not as pretty as Kallie but more the right size for me.

I'm working on Kaladrax, putting her up on the Mausoleum.

I have more Undead Dragons, but she is a great piece.

Makes me regret I never bought the Metal Version which is also awesome, but no only available through evilpay at ridicilous shipping...

If by Pizza Dungeon you mean the countdown party, Bryan spent almost the entire time at the livestream table working on updates, graphics, comments, getting artwork from Izzy as she finished it so it could be scanned, cropped and put into the updates, or getting photos of models that hadn't already been added to the photo gallery. As for the livestream crashing, I didn't hear or ask why but I would guess that it was due to the ~hundred people there using a wifi system and their internet server/connection that don't normally see that much bandwidth and the video streaming was just too much. Unless you sat down next to him, you didn't get to interact with him. This isn't a dig at you but I wanted to provide a perspective from someone at the party. I did feel like the barge was supposed to be the capstone piece but for some reason wasn't announced as such.

The barge is neat but so niche

i do not often require an undead themed boat

bit I would have LOVED a classic basic ship that could have been used for a merchant vessel or pirates or naval armada or anything else

but a skull and ribs undead boat...very limited use

I use my Kali as terrain in my  Frostgrave convention games just the way she is.   Nothing freaks players out like having a big ol' dragon skeleton  sitting on the table and not telling them if it's actually alive or not.

I ordered the Zombie Dragon, not the skeletal one, I already have Kaladrax and a RAFM Necrodrake and Nethyrmaul.

Also I have Grenadier Undead Mammoth, Rhino and Elephant.

Maybe later...

The Zombie Shark is also awesome!

So glad I'm getting that set. MAMMOTH!!

Getting two of the Barge. One for normal display one as shipwreck.

I mean I am definitely not knocking reaper or the KS

it was immensely successful and there are lots of amazing goodies in yhere

inam just a bit disappointed in a long teased reveal never showing up, lackluster (for me) final goals, and a very niche boat instead of a more useful and generic ship
