I know most folks here are focused on the large (capstone) pieces, but I've got to say that I'm really pumped about a lot of the smaller pieces.  I'm particularly looking forward to working on the minis that have an old school (A)D&D spin like the slaad, xorn, the crabman, and the flail snail.  And, I've already planned to use the Dreadmere expansion as the basis of the town of Nulb for an upcoming T1-4 Temple of Elemental Evil campaign I have in mind.

Yep, locked in my pledge as well.  No last in Wave 1 for me this time.  Now I just need to at twice again as much over the next ~9 months to get everything I want.

Noticed something on the last page that may prompt some screaming, though; it says, and I directly quote;

"The Bones IV Kickstarter campaign has ended, and the Pledge Manager has closed."

 

... and then I hit the wrong key, and am forced to edit. But the bolded part may prompt some panic ..?

Other than the bases (which had already been added earlier), I didn't see anything added to the Pledge Manager at this point, (like the third barge reveal) did anyone else?  

 

Trying to remember if the additions to Bones 3's Pledge Manager where there from the start or added later...

Now the gradual draining of my bank accounts begins.

I just locked in a core set for now; final decisions on what to get will have to wait until I can confirm with MrBoot whether he's interested in several of the things. For example, it may be that he has game plans that could include a giant ship o' death, or he may not care about it at all and fuss about storage space.

 

My list of MUST HAVE is not super long for this KS, so letting some things go will be easier this time. :)

The additional items were added in a bones 3 when the PM went live. I commented on this in the KS, and got a very terse reply not to make assumptions about how they might be adding things to this one.
