So, how are folks planning on painting the translucent mushrooms? All translucent, or just parts translucent; and if just parts, which parts?   

 

And I’m already considering how well that big mushroom will fit on a tea light, and what it will look like glowing purple....   :lol:

 

Great Idea.. but probably better to use a led tea light, not one with real fire.

Awww...ok..     But certainly not as much thrill and risk doing it your way...    

 

i can just seeing telling players, "You enter the tunnel and as you turn the corner you see what looks like a large glowing killer mushroom, but as you approach you realize it is in fact a large flaming killer mushroom!"  And I pull out a lighter... :lol:

When Jason Wiebe has a good sculpt, it's a really good sculpt. Loving that land terrapin! 

 

It seems like he is doing a lot of 3D sculpting lately. I just wish most of Reaper's sculptors would start making their integral bases like this one (below) on all of their figures. I'm a very lazy monk with my miniatures and am tired of re-basing all of the Bones that don't have "round base" looking integral bases. Am I the only one who prefers the 28, 32, 40 and 50mm round bases on their figures? It makes them so much easier to use in a slew of other games! 

 

But if I have to keep chopping bases its a small price to pay and easy enough with the Bones material.
