$1.78 NZD per figure for me. And, just starting out in painting, roughly 8 months to figure out where to put a paint station, since I doubt FLGS is going to let me keep painting there when I show up with as many minis as they carry.....

Battle Kiwi have some nice MDF vertical paint racks that might help save on space, plus a portable paint station.

My order comes out to $2.65, which is a steal considering that I haven't added the full core or any expansions and I have a fair selection of big figures. The first thing I'll probably paint is either the Tree of Despair or the dire crab. I'm a huge Skyrim fan and cannot wait to have a mudcrab! I only wish I had something suitable to use as Nirnroot for the base.

Yes! I didn't grab it, but I amused myself by thinking of the drunken mudcrab in Morrowind.

This kickstarter is several bucks a mini, but it makes sense because we only grabbed a couple big things and little groupings (no core or expansions).

Bones 3 was like.... dimes per mini. We had just discovered minis like a month before it started. It was.... Let's call it an expensive tumble into a new hobby.

Bones 3 went a bit like:

"Dungeons and Dragons minis we could use to play babe LOOK REAL DRAGONS"

"Are you sure we're gonna paint all these, we've never even done one befo- MORI THEY HAVE DWARVES"

Currently my cost is $1.36 per mini with most of the really big singles in there.  I usually get the core because they make great invitations to paint.  Sort of like my own paint and take table.  i have a few drawers in my mini filing cabinets (thank you Ikea!) that people can just grab a mini and paint if they want to join me when they are visiting.  So far i have made 2 converts so I consider the investment well made.

I am really hoping that i can come up with a long term solution to having removable legs on Baba's hut.  Having it doing double duty will go a long way to making it move to the front of the line.

I got a paint set and 8 minis lol.

my pledges go down each KS as I get more into display painting and larger scale.

I'm in for the living statues (male and female) the frost giant ladies and rulers of hell (two sets)

So far, I'm getting 328 mini's at $1.89 per. But that's before I add a couple more Roc's & possibly the Dreadmere Expansion.

That doesn't include the 2 paint sets.
