Always great to watch those Reaper Live episodes and see "my" Bones models on the turn table.

They are real! People are touching them!

I'm not trying to be difficult or anything, but with Brexit looming at the end of march, it's scary to think what happens if there won't be a deal being made. I know from reading the last time around that Bones III took quite some time to arrive in the UK, and then shipment from there, ofc, also took some time.

In theory, there is supposed to be a grace period until 2020, but noone can tell you right now if there won't be a hard Brexit. In that case the stuff would be taxed from the US to the UK hub, and then again to the EU countries. In my case, that would be 19% taxes + x% duty (depending on what "type" the customs officer places those Bones in), which would be a lot of money.

I get what you're afraid off, so am I.

On the other hand, there is even talk of not going into Brexit after all, it's all unclear.

I think Reaper will deliver soon, and at least this year.

I'm looking forward to the loot.

In case I wasn't the only person to miss it:  The new Reaper Live Episode on Youtube (#14, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMTR_Ofm7z4) shows off a number of the Bones 4 pieces.  I got really excited because at 27:50 they pulled out the Portal!  There's definitely enough room to throw a mini through.

Also, @ladystorm, since I thought this was a contradiction to what we already knew, can you confirm what Ron says at 30:25 about the Portal?

With this info I am officially ecstatic with my decision to pick up the Fan Expansion!

I picked this one up no problem, as a matter of fact I picked up all the expansions and core set. The one I kept till the end though was chronoscope, was the smallest of all expansions and did not have a lot of wow factor, but I do not have ANY of the mini's so I figured why not. Besides, I have many conversion ideas lined up for quite a few (especially one in particular which doesn't have time to bleed!)

Chronoscape was the longest choice for me too. I haven't been doing anything scifi for years now. But I decided at the last minute there were enough unique and interesting minis in it to make it worth it. I've been stockpiling Bones for all future gaming situations.

The Chronoscope one is the only one that I didn't go in for. I don't really mind; I'm not that into the sci-fi stuff. They'll end up in retail if I want them, and the ones I like the most in the set are also in metal now (unless I'm mistaken) - the spacedinopeople. Very glad I went in for the others though!

I left chronoscope in the end, while I like sci-fi as a genre none of my friends are interested in playing any sci-if rpgs so they’d have just been adding to my painting pile with no particular purpose. There were a couple of models I did really like the look of, but like Cyradis said, I can always get those at retail if I want them later.

I got two expansions, didn't bother with Lost World, Chronoscope, or Fan Favorites. I wanted about 25-30 % of Fan Favorites, but I just couldn't do the price of it, even if I might have been able to sell a lot of it in the secondary market. I also figured that several of the minis I liked I'd probably prefer to get in pewter anyway.

I'm looking forward to delivery. I have gotten through most of my Bones 3 miniatures, though I've been on hiatus due to a job change and having to work to get some licenses for the new job. So, unlike with Bones 3 arriving after I'd already finished Bones 2, I actually have some minis left in the queue, though they're mostly humanoids that I prefer to save in case they wind up being needed for a player character at some point...
