Hahahaha! I added all three of those items in the last days of the pledge manager being open! That's ok though. I'm trying to speed paint through as many of the human sized minis from the last couple of bones kickstarters as I can right now in an effort to clear up some shelf space for the imminent arrival (finished up 8 so far in the last 11 days or so). So a few extra days works just fine. That being said, I'm also backer #44. So I may still see my stuff mid April. Pretty exciting!

Where are people complaining about it?  I haven't seen that much.  Frankly, I think it is great that they are packing and sending the EU, AU, and Asian orders first; gives all their customers a shot at getting their stuff at roughly similar times.  I remember one of the past bones where the EU was last and you all had to sit and watch our unboxing videos for months before your stuff got to you.  That was harsh.  Can't people just have some empathy for each other?

 

I also really like that Reaper is not totally shutting down operations this time like last time.  That really hit their distribution channels; I know of at least one store that reduced the Reaper shelf space and added WizKids space during that time.  They have not since restored the Reaper section to it's former size.

 

I'm Wave 1 but have none of the Trio of Doom, so you guys can have them.  I'm life giving that way. ::D:

I'm happy we have a solid date to look forward to now, as much as I'd have liked it to be a bit earlier.. 

 

I'm hoping with everyone else they have enough to fill wave 1 orders... I ordered all 3 from the the list of doom (and 2x the frost giants).

I think it opened that day. I believe i locked in my order an hour or two after it opened and mine is also 9/10/17, Order #65367

I'm wave 14.. Hopefully by then they will have gotten the frost giants in, and will be back on schedule. 

 

Really frustrating that I should have been part of wave 2, but my card was full and I got dropped. But it is what it is. Not Reaper's fault. Just excited to get my minis!

KS comments, cause some backers are entitled and pissy they didn't get their stuff a year ago.

FWIW, I think Bryan had the right idea about people getting antsy. You want your customers to be anxious to get their stuff as soon as possible; that means that they care about your product. It's when your customers say, "Ah, whatever" that you need to start to worry.

 

Oh, and those big checks that people wrote pretty much mean that they are justifiably "entitled". That doesn't excuse discourtesy, of course.

Hmmm. It looks like we confirmed our first order in the pledge manager #62595 on Sunday, September 10th 2017 at 11:57 PM ET. Looks like that's a few minutes later than some of the other orders that were posted, but with an earlier order number. Interesting!

 

We got the (un)holy trinity of delay, but we're wave 1. I'm not worried about when we're getting our Bones, either. I am happy that the EU stuff went first, though--there's no reason to make people pay twice if they don't have to.

Yeah I closed mine on Sept 11 and my first order number is #59419.  Very strange!

I am backer 427.  Though I am not sure that has any significance.  

I am hoping I'll at least be in the first 50% of wave 1.

There was/is a real concern about not making the Brexit deadline and having to pay import taxes twice (one time we already payed through the pledgemanager, the other time would be with a hard Brexit for crossing the border UK to EU) and I'm happy they seem to get the stuff out before that.

Also, I backed in the first few minutes of the KS and would easily have been wave 1 if all the orders were sorted in waves, so why do some US wave 1 backers think we should wait until most orders are sorted? o.O

 

 

 

 

 

Personally I think there is a conspiracy between Reaper and the EU backers to get their stuff pulled first.  I mean the first Brexit vote was around 3 years ago and this KS was started almost 2 years ago and they had a delay so that it all culminated within days of each other.  I think Brexit is just a ruse to get EU backers their stuff first.  FOLLOW THE SIGNS PEOPLE!!

I closed my first order on 9/10 early in the day with order number 59012. In the evening I got my friend's add on's and got order number 72790. I added on 4 more times with progressively higher order numbers.
