So how easy or hard do folks think it would be to de-necro the barge, and make it look more like just a run down regular barge.

 

I'm seeing:

Replacing the figure head

Trimming the spine off the canopy.

Painting the "ribs" just like worn wood.

Slice off any skull decor

 

Do the canopy pillar skeletons come molded to the pillars, or separate?

I pledged for everything except the Chronoscope Expansion, the DVDs I already had, and the extra base packages.

Wishing now I had doubled up on a few things, but sticker shock, even at Bones Kickstarter prices.

Unless you've actually worked in a situation where Rubics Cube/Tetris skills come into play you can't actually appreciate the logistics involved in a one time shipping project of this size.  There's a likelihood that the larger warehouse was full of product and wasn't even available as a workspace until the RoW orders were packed and off the premises.
