When I signed for the new apartment I didn't think I'd have to camp out at the old one to get my minis. If I don't get a shipping notice within one month there will be logistical problems on my end.

Which only brings up more questions, since they said 5 days ago in episode 26 that was already resolved.

So they didn't know last Thursday or hell the full 2 years prior to this fulfillment that the new building doesn't have internet?  

 

Maybe hoping for shipping next week is too optimistic

 

Sorry I got a lot gong on in life right now and was hoping this might be a bit of a bright spot but its just adding more frustration.

Yep. I'm done for now. It's hard not to back these things as the value for the price is phenomenal, but I'm really not feeling as strong of a loyalty to Reaper lately. Got some rather rough treatment back during the KS proper, and now they're just doing all this stuff... I'll get my minis when I get them, but this sucks.

Yeah, well, the people making those comments aren't the people setting it up.  Wouldn't be the first time a management person said, "It shouldn't take long to set up this network infrastructure, should it?" Followed by an IT person tearing out their hair for a week trying to make it work.  Just because the data cable is in does NOT mean that you're ready to start operations.   

 

Not going to argue with Guindy's assessment, but I do think that it might have been harder than people expect to find an appropriate candidate to be their PR person on short notice while also attempting to fulfill Bones 4.  Because Reaper is small enough that they need most people to be able to wear more than one hat.

Not "short notice." Bryan left almost a year ago. They've had plenty of time.

For sure, I'm in tech (development, but I've done enough networking), and I know a project can go from "I need about 10 more minutes" to "sometime this quarter" in about five seconds.

I get it, I just think they are bound to get this pointed out a lot.
