NebulousMissy
I bought a new desk. It's still in a box. I have to build it. It should be sturdier than this one.
hungerfan
Next big purchase will be something tomorrow night at the Weird Al concert here in Dallas. I am taking my daughter to see him and it will be her first concert and we will both be meeting him at the end. I guess the amount I paid for this was my big purchase so hopefully I spend less on merch while there. :) Whatever pics I get will be posted somewhere (here I guess) when I can go through any that I take and get them online to share with friends and family.
DocPiske
I just purchased tree removal service for $1,400. Ah, well, better than having to buy my neighbor a new roof...
Sylverthorne
We are apparently in the process of purchasing a plumbing disaster .. well, the fix for it. *sigh* Clogged drains, man... Well. Clogged drains and a slightly exploded sink trap (not at fault, plumber popped the pipe with his snake while hunting clogs). 3

One of the resin pieces will need regluing - not sure which part yet but a frail bit seems snapped. They really need to do packaging better. Figone has needed to package better for years, but apparently can't be bothered to do so. Pretty much why I quit ordering from them.
Lidless Eye
Thanks to Loot Crate for pulling me through and getting me this California Raisins shirt just in time for Infinity War. I'll finally have a themed shirt for Marvel movies again.

Did he pull the pee trap under the sink and run the snake from that point ? Because if he started top side of sink I'd be worried ... cleared a loooot of drains, pulling pee trap is always step one. (With a catch bucket under it) Popping pipe joints down line begs the question how old is the plumbing and is a rerouted replacement more cost effective in the long run ? They're also terrible about letting folks know when items have shipped, and don't give tracking numbers even when asked. Friendly but kinda awful service too.
WhiteWulfe
So picked up a few things from DeSerres... Windsor and Newton Series 7 size 0 brush (since they didn't have any Raphael 8404's left), and two from one of their cheaper lines they carry (Royal and Langnickel Series 77 Moderna) - a #2 flat, and a #0 round.. ... Oh, and a 9x12" thing of wood so that I have a nice solid base for the hoodoos for Rune's Ebonwrath base. Forgot which wood, and I'm too tired to go back and look (typing this up and then getting sleep). Going to be interesting to try these all out. Also, big, nice and thick PURPLE HANDLES OF DOOM.. Here's hoping they do what I'd like them to do, and have the feel I want.
Pezler the Polychromatic
Today, my Hasslefree Kickstarter pledge finally arrived: Front, L to R: Winter Niska; Frost Aneira; Winter Erryn; Aneira; Katarina, Dark Soul; Matthias da Brum; Bambi Back, L to R: Shayda Diavol; Dawn; Ksenia the Unlawful, Accursed Queen; Living Ksenia, Accursed Queen; Mythic Helen;Winter Aneira; Shamanic Boudi Eyes are up here, buddy: Spoiler Skyclad versions of Shayda Diavol, Living Ksenia (Yes, there's an undead version), and Katarina Overall I'm very happy with the figures, despite the fact that they should have been here 3 months ago. They look very crisp and clean, high quality like I've come to expect from Hasslefree Miniatures. Unfortunately, I also found that the Resin Master Jaguar Shaman Boudi was missing from the box, which was a big disappointment. Already sent an email to Arty, but we'll see how long it takes for him to respond, considering that he's the only person working to fulfill the kickstarter, and is also running the business. And here I thought this ordeal was finally over. Would I back another Kickstarter from Hassefree? This answer is probably yes, a lot of the issues that happened with this one will probably never repeat. But I have seen things that make me worry about the state of Hasslefree, and my hope is that it can all be sorted out quickly. After all, I want to see a great company like them to thrive. 11

I've been feeling bad that I received the kickstarter minis so quickly even though I wasn't a backer and ordered them post kickstarter, especially when so many backers have had lengthy delays. Question for you Pez. Do you pose all your minis on bases until you assemble them? Or did you unbag them only for photo purposes?

Keeping them nice and safe until I figure out a use for them.

I think he poked a hole in part of the trap (which.. it is possible he couldn't get it all undone, because someone was a fraggin' moron). His suggestion, after he finished replacing and repairing, was that we have the lot yoinked and redone in a more sensible manner. ... we concur. I have acquired a bit of a WTF, and a 'seriously, Marvel?!' after watching Infinity Wars. And an adorable little playbook, because apparently, they're doing that now.

I miss obrotherorganics.com ... and then I looked online wail making this post and found its sold at whole foods ... and their is one in town , joy! #Chipotle habanero you will be mine again ... That looks really orange. I'm betting it's one of those stupid habanero sauces that throws carrots in for who know what the hell reason. I think it's because they want to make the sauce sweeter or something, but if I wanted to add habaneros to pureed carrots, I'd go buy some baby food... I like my El Yucateco habanero sauces.

The habanero sause is, organic red ripe habaneros, organic vinegar, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar ...that's it ... and their Chipotle adds organic jalapeño and Chipotle to the mix for the best sause I have ever tasted.
