I do like that model. though right now my Sotar is my go to airbrush, the 105 looks like its very much the equivalent. they are so much fun to work with. <*Looks at Imperial Vulture.... your next!*> <*vulture looks back... where you going to find the time?*> Sigh...
TheMandolin
My Secret Weapon bag o crap arrived and was full of all the goodies I could hope for. Some of these are suuuper creepy and there wasn’t as many pure sci-fi bases as I was worried about. (The sci-fi bases are also super cool, it’s just not my genre)
Mad Jack
I now possess two of the four Ral Partha 20-00X 54mm Earthdawn miniatures... 20-001 Me'gana, which I acquired decades ago simply because it looked cool and was really big... And now today I bought 20-004 T'skrang, which I pulled out of the big collection I curated for the Citadel awhile back. I'm tempted to see if I can't find the other two, just for completeness.

To a degree, they are equivalent, but at the same time they're not. The Sotar is widely regarded as being a detail brush, and it comes with a much smaller needle by default. You can buy larger needle setups for it, but there's not much reason to because if you're buying a Sotar the chances are you've already got a Patriot or equivalent to begin with. And that's because the Patriot is marketed as a general purpose brush and sold with a general purpose needle. You can buy bigger and smaller needles, if you're doing bigger or smaller things, but even it's finest needle isn't as fine as the needle most Sotars are sold with. Being that the Patriot comes with a bigger needle it's also more forgiving about clogging and stuff, so it's a great beginner brush. A Sotar is probably going to frustrate a beginner who isn't familiar with clogging or tip dry and how to mitigate/handle those issues. That said, I own 2 Patriots, a Patriot Xtreme, and a Krome now. And I still haven't done anything with 3 of them. I've barely even taken them out of their cases, because I'm too unmotivated to do anything at all lately.

Impact! Miniatures sells them in resin.
Lidless Eye
Yesterday, at the dump, I found three completely intact book cases that just needed a wipe down. The cord and printer situation in the computer room has been handled (one even had pre-drilled wire slots) and the hobby room has acquired a game book shelf and an additional board game shelf
SparrowMarie
Went to Michael's and acquired a base for Ma'al... It's an 11ish inch clock round. Not sure what I'm going to use to stick said mini to base yet though... Need to acquire some brass rod and some decent steel wire clippers.

I was thinking about getting it myself, but I'm not sure if it's really that easy and pretty the Greenstuffworld video made it look like. And have fun with those Color Shift colors! I have set two and used the purple-green color for my drow, it's really fun.

Gadgetman!
Lets see... On saturday I picked up a 12DVD set of 'Are You Being Served?' (All the classical episodes and Christmas specials) Today I picked up a package with car parts. (New sump gasket as the old is perished, and air-filled shocks because it seems using oil-filled shocks in the rear of my car wasn't a good idea. They're mounted at about 45degrees... ) And when I got home I found a package from Reaper waiting for me! It got through without and Customs hassle! (It had to happen sooner or later) There wasn't any bonus stuff in it, but since I saved at least $30 on VAT and fees, it doesn't matter. What matters is that it contained 2 Sophies(01442 Troll SLayer Sophie, and 03886 Innkeeper Sophie) and 2 Dark Maidens... Both the Warlord version(14106) and the recently reissued 03903(it was originally the Master Series 30016). And yeah, the details are just... YES!
