I don't like the dent, but it is a rather small one, and not very deep, so it probably doesn't matter.

Starting to learn about airbrushing?

The first thing I learned was that you need to mind the valve on the cap that you screw onto the canister...

The second was that a compressor isn't all that expensive...

If you do much airbrushing the compressor will quickly pay for itself in both not having to constantly buy "canned air" and also not having your last can on hand run out of oomph right in the middle of a painting session.

GEM

I have a compressor at home,  along with a Grex Genesis XS and an Iwata HP-SB. ..

Can't really fly with those, so I bring a badger 250 and ask someone to get me a can to do my body paint...

A successful weekend!

Super excited about this, played a friend's copy a few weeks ago and had a blast, and there are several Trekkies in my usual game group, so this will get some use...just as soon as we have a free day for all of us to get together and play one game for 5 hours or so. I can't wait to play as the Ferengi.

And today at the FVLGS (Very Local...I walked there in about 10 minutes), they had a few of the 25th anniversary figures, including one of the two I'm sad I missed (the other is Heckelmeyer, missed getting him by about a week), plus the shop just bought a decent collection of Grenadier Dragon Lords sets. I really love the Silver, I think it has a cool pose.

The shop also has the Red, Blue, White, Brass and Bronze dragons, two of the "Horrors of the Swamp" set, and one of the D&D sets...so I may get one or two of those sometime later.

Got a text from a shipper...

There's a package of DVDs waiting for me at the local pick-up point.

This one contains goodies such as Columbo seasons 6 - 9(I have 1 - 5 and 10 already), and the first season of Ironside...

It shouldn't be too difficult to guess what will be on my TV tonight...

The A-Team?!

Got word last week a big part of my WAMP charity raffle winning are on the way.  About 25 lbs worth.  Will be waiting for many of the vendors to send stuff directly to me.  I like getting goodies at the doorstep.

No, first 3 episodes of The Librarians...

Didn't really plan to, but I was ripping DVDs, and the people at The Channel That Can't Spell its Own Name who did the mastering of the DVDs were either elfed up on something they bought in a shady alley, or they hired an Ancient One to do the job...

So I've been working hard trying to sort out what goes where and how.

Digging through the melt table is fun, therapeutic, and can always turn up a few surprises. During Reapercon, a melt table is available for con-goers to drop off unwanted metal. This year, one could purchase metal at $1.00 per ounce from the table or $6.00 per ounce from the factory. It was somewhat bare this year and with several of us repeating visitors to the table, new items disappeared quickly. I turned in 13 pounds, a majority of the weight consisted of dragons.

During the first few minutes at the table, I was informed that Reaper initially seeded the table. Some of those figures currently exist as Bones figures from Kickstarter 3. How I wish I grabbed more of them. The first row contains some of those seeded miniatures:

Here are some more whole figures (the three con figures has been claimed).

Last of the whole figures, some mouslings included.

Then there were miniatures with heads, limbs, weapons, or other items removed. But, since I'm going to be learning how to use green stuff to convert, fix, or modify figures. I figure these would be the best ones to use.

And my armory scavenged from pieces on sprues and the occasional intact miniature. <__<
