Picked up a breadbox today...

Yes, it's pink and gold...

Yes, they also had a stylish black one...

But the pink was on sale at half the price of the black box.

And no, it will never be used for bread. I've already glued in place 3 strps of UV LEDs around the sides, on the inside, 4 short strips across the bottom, and 4 strips across the underside of the lid.

I think I left 4 or 5 'links' of the LED tape. Now I just need to solder on some bits of wire before I can test it...

So, it'll probably be finished in 2029 if I stick to the usual schedule...

Resin curing station?

Picked up a few pdfs off drivethru & dmsguild, including the latest Eberron AL adventure "EB-06 The Last Word". Looking forward to when live events at my FLGS can take place again. I think later this month they are gonna do a test on a MtG pre-release so hopefully it goes well & things can return to normal for game play again.

There's a gameplay video on YouTube for the Commodore version; I will not link to it for fear Ladystorm would take me to task for linking to exposed highly pixellated boobies.

It does stand as a rather amusing example of what our ancient forebears of the mid eighties thought of as entertainment.

We've lived through the '80's, we ARE the ancient forebears. ::P:

My order of Star Wars Legion Imperial stuff came in the other day, but the new releases couldn't be picked up until today, so I took a run in at lunch:

So everything on the left and top are Imperial units I hadn't been able to get here, as the distributor was completely out and FFG was shut down for Covid-19.  They were able to get me everything I still needed for Imperials, except the Death Troopers (someday....).

The 4 new releases are in the bottom right.  I don't have a trade federation army yet, but, you know, tank!
The new Imperial commander expansionwas a given, and K-2S0 is one of my favorite rebel characters, so that was a given too.  And I figured I might as well pick up the Vital Assets set, which has a bunch of scatter terrain/objectives and a couple of figs to use as objectives too.

Glad I had some store credit to use......

Wow that collection is amazing!
Malifaux had some amazing models, and for that matter still does.

If only they weren't so expensive. I blame Games Workshop setting the standard for over-priced plastics

I did try explaining how cool they are to my wife, I'm not sure I succeeded :-)

Went a bit retro and picked up some old metal Malifaux stuff

Nice!  The only Malifaux figures I have painted have been plastics, and done for speed painting contests, but there’s some unusual stuff there.  As far as retro goes, though, my acquisition for yesterday was another 1930s three figure mold for semi-round World War One figures...
