You'll enjoy the curved real estate!! I upgraded a couple Black Fridays ago. I went from a older 24 (brand escapes me) to a 32" Curved Samsung. Best thing I did for my older computer.

i'm looking forward to it - unfortunately space and finances are limited otherwise I would've gone for something bigger!

I would have never gotten one this big had it not been for online Walmart BF shopping. Actually Turkey Day ad, but online nonetheless, no way in hell was I actually braving that place on that weekend!!

Good price too, like 168 or something that close.

I received a stack of Really Useful Boxes from the manufacturer’s web store yesterday.  I had measured my new tree bases and concluded that the 50-liter box would be deep enough for most of them, and has the same footprint as (so can be stacked with) the 64-liter box which will do for the tall trees.  Since I was ordering anyway and shipping was the same, I also ordered a single 84-liter box (also the same footprint) which should handle the tallest buildings I expect to use.  The 64s are usually available locally at Staples, but the 50s and 84s are one of the sizes not seen in retail...

Unfortunately, this highlights the upcoming volume problem in my basement, so the next local convention flea market may be epic.

Birthday Gifts:

The Boardgame was from my wife & kids, but it plays solo as well.

the metal lass is for a diorama, the Avatars are for when I get bored of painting carefully and just want something fun and quick.

I had so much fun painting Ape, Hippo and Elephant already.   I wasn't even drunk when I ordered these!   (unlike the first set)

Dwarf Maid from Black Crow is a 72mm resin.  someday ill man-up and start painting my small collection of large resins and Busts.

it was not a gift, but it did arrive yesterday...

Today's haul;

A set of 28mm amazons from a KS, a little heap of rechargeable batteries(18650 and 10440 cells.)

The 10440 cells are almost perfectly replacements for AAA cells, except tht the AAAs are 1.5V, and the 10440 are Li-ion and 3.7V, so one of them and a dummy gets you in the ballpark for equipment that uses 2x AAA batteries. The hope is that the extra 0.7V and higher max amperage will translate to a bit more torque in my Wowstick.

And the final package?

Brass..

A 30mm diameter, 300mm long brass rod alone is nearly 2Kg, and when you add a 'puck' with 50mm diameter nd 50mm length, it gets heavy.

FYI: Make sure you inventory your bundle.. I got a duplicate paint in the Reapercon paint set and was missing the GC in my Brinewind box

I got my mega bundle today. I don’t remember exactly what was supposed to be in it. Do you have a list?

I think Dark Sword Miniatures just released a 2pack of corgis if you're desperate for one...

They're not as cuddly, of course, but you don't have to housetrain them, either...

They're out?!?! Excellent! My corgis were the models!

THIS is a reposting of the images Reaper used.  The contents for the third box follow in the next post.

But, don't forget to add 1 "Rautheros" to the Hobby Box inventory.

That was a planned addition? Not just something extra tossed in?
