Today I got a 'Darter Pen'(KS project) Imagine a keychain pen... that works, and aren't any longer than an AA battery, and just thick enough to hold... Just bought a nice kit bash set for Chaos Warriors from Bestiarum. An Undead Titan and Viking from Rocketpig Miniatures. Loads of Cross Promo minis from the Patreons, especially Dragon Trappers had a lot this month. haldir 45944 Posted February 23 Report Share Posted February 23 Picked up a few stls off Myminifactory today: Mainly from Rocket Pig's 60% sale but a couple highlights are the following: Siege Ogre (since the pre-painted one is sooooo expensive, I got this one for around 5 bucks!!) He comes in 3 files (the ogre, the catapult & some pegs to connect the two together) The next one is simply titled "The Druid" by Alexi Konev She'll be used for a older druid NPC the PCs have to rescue & then recruit to help with defenses on a farm vs a gnoll horde. She has a couple of dogs as well & since most of the mutts I have are armored or wolves, I picked up the following file: by The Printing goes ever on (most of the files are LOTR "inspired" ) Also took advantage of a 50% Patreon code to get the pre-supported files of the Deepwood Alfar from Artisan Guild. I totally missed the gobbos last month (how that happened I have no idea!!) but at least if I want them I can get em at 30% due to Patreon code. Scale her up about 3 or 4x and you have a Big Red Dog to play with here (and what a companion that would make! Gruesome, visual encounters, great story. Love it! Creatures are unique so acquiring look alike minis might be a pain. Latest Baldman Games Adventure League trilogy "Dark Moon" (Dark Moon Rising/Dark Moon Marching/Dark Moon Bound) Love the Baldman Games offerings & so far so does my players! Looking forward to running these for my players. Finally, acquired something I didn't think I'd be able to get: Portland Winterhawks "silver hawkhead" logo t-shirt. Since I don't like the regular logo (it's the Chicago Blackhawk NHL logo), as I'm a Blues fan & even before I jumped to the Blues I've never have liked Chicago's hockey team, but I've wanted something of Portland's hockey team. Enter this alternate logo (which tbh, I think would make for a excellent replacement logo with all the uproar in native american imagery being used as mascot these days) which was used on a alternate uniform they wore a few times. (I thought I'd gotten 3 when they came out but just had 2). And my Deep Cuts play mat finally escaped from the Fedex hub in Memphis and got here. Mat is 3x6 (the size for Legion full games) and is mouse pad type material. Seems nice and really high resolution. I'm planning to set up a table in the garage as soon as it is warm enough to get my summer car out of the way and hopefully get some games in. I need to get my printers up and running and crank out some more terrain....I really only have enough Star Wars themed stuff for a skirmish table (3x3) currently "ready" (usable, in need of paint) although I doo have some stuff printed that needs assembly too. 8 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

He and "Mutton Chops" (Agent Kallus) are listed as March 19th up here according to my FLGS. (at least it's "current" BDW....ah the wonders of getting old) After reading the first of the new adventures I got today, there was a creature called Chain Brute Ogre in it. Ok, what his specialty other then a chain-wielder. Looking him up on DDB I see he has a whirlwind & a mighty overhead smack. Pretty cool variant. On to see if there was a prepainted mini for him.....nothing but I did come across this lovely fellow: So I have one of those already, so I'll be adding in a couple more with my next order. I did get a decent size jewelry chain & some craft wire to anchor the chain to the mini. Simple conversion but I really like that one.
