Errex
Not all female Egyptians ran around with their boobs hanging out. Nope, only the good looking ones would. Still, what I'd want is more half orcs, female and male, with a variety of gear, pertaining different character classes (Rangers, druids, more rogues/assassins). I'd like to see some of those armed with spiked chains, halberds or lances.

Kheprera
THe Nesfokar Polearm guys are armoured humans, but the egyptian theme isn't really predominant on them. Where do you get that? 1) They're mummies. 2) Khopesh swords (definately Egyptian). 3) The Ankh on one of the shields. 4) Their dress (over the mummy wrappings) is Egyptian in style. 5) Polearems? I see no polearms, just swords with the most recent ones.
Lars Porsenna
Aryanun, if you're just looking for "normal" Egyptians, why not just look at various historical lines? NK Egyptians are a pretty popular and common figure line. Damon.
Ech'Estar
Aryanun, I think he means the Nefsokfar Polearm grunts. Your thinking of the new Tomg Guards that were featured in some recent greens. In other words, these:

Kheprera
Aryanun, I think he means the Nefsokfar Polearm grunts. Your thinking of the new Tomg Guards that were featured in some recent greens. Which is why I had mentioned the "new greens" in my post. As for those polearm guys, no, they don't appear in any way Egyptian except for the masks over their faces could be construed as to ward off the desert sand/dust. As for the NK Egyptians, the sculpts, IMO, are ugly. I don't play mass wargames. I use my figures for individual characters. Yes, I've purchased all of 2 (two) Wargods of Aegyptus as these were the only ones I deemed worthy. Of course Wargods has a lot of anthros in their line, which I despise. Not to mention I'm a Reaper FanGirl and would prefer to buy from them.
spiritual_exorcist
I knew you were talking about greens, but you also asked about Egyptian type humans, so I offered those up as the closest thing Reaper has. Sorry, I was just trying to be helpful.
Kheprera
Sorry, I misunderstood. Reaper does have some humans, females with bare breasts, like Neferu (#2485) or a high priestess with a pillar (#2594). I'd like something less magically inclined and in more clothing. And there's one human male, Akbath. I just wish there were less mummies and more living people. spiritual_exorcist
The Warlord Nesfokar are predominantly human I believe, with mummies added into the mix. So you might just see minis coming from Reaper that fit the bill for you. (ALthough if they are all like the pole arm grunts I suppose that won't do at all). Chairman Aeon
Of course Wargods has a lot of anthros in their line, which I despise. Which is really strange since the ancient Egyptians would have loved it. I will second more living Egyptians though. I havea few Reaper ones and some Foundry household figures, but I'd like more. Green Ronin has a fantasy Egypt setting coming out in the fall. I'd also like to see more orientals. I know Reaper is releasing L5R figures, but I'd like to see more Werner Japanese minis. Also some Chinese sword fighters to go along with all the monks. And finally, Chinese and Japanese villagers. Iain.
Enchantra
Here is something I would like to see in a mini, though in a roughly "cleaner" version. "Cleaner" as in maybe her clothing covering a bit more as in the current picture not enough is clothed. I am providing a link to the picture. Please note that this image may be offensive to some, so if you are easily offended, of a tender age, or at work, don't click. http://grigbertz.com/gallery/odd/aztecqueen_001
Kheprera
Of course Wargods has a lot of anthros in their line, which I despise. Which is really strange since the ancient Egyptians would have loved it. For one, I don't play anthros. I think I've just experienced too many fanboys getting their kicks off of furry anime and bringing it into their rpgs. While I don't mind the artistic ability behind it, the gods were part animal/part human, with only their heads being animal, or being depicted as the full animal or fully human. The only exception that might be made to this is Bes, who was more of a dwarfish being anyway. But I'll get off that part of the rant against anthros. For me, anthros do not fit into my game except as gods, and for those I love the Bast and Anubis figures (although I sincerely wish Bast was WEARING MORE CLOTHING!! ... thankfully I can take care of that with a file and some greenstuff). Being that the Bast and Anubis are larger and more intimidating than a normal sized "human/oid" figure, they are, of course, perfect as gods. Now we just need Osiris, Isis, Set, Thoth, Knumm, Sekhet, Ra, Ptah.... I think maybe entire box sets of the pantheons would work? Egyptian, Greek, Norse, Aztec... Bill_Adcock
I love the Mayan Warrior-girl you posted, Enchantra. I would definitely buy like, twelve, especially if she's decently clad. I have a bit of a fondness for Mesoamerican art and architecture, and their mummies were so much cooler looking than Egypt's. That's what we need! An Aztec mummy! All skeletal and rope-bound and stuff, with a big feathered headdress and a dagger in hand, ready to slice out sacrificial hearts as he did in life. Or a dagger in one hand and a heart in the other, held high over his head. It could be $40 and I'd still buy that sculpt. More African-style figures. We have Jaatu the Jungle Warrior and a couple gorillas, lions, and Nehanda the Princess. Plus the Lion-Man forthcoming. C'mon, I just got a collection of Solomon Kane's adventures in the Dark Continent ANd an anthology of Allan Quatermain's adventures in lost cities, gimme some miniatures to go along!
