A modular aprotch to some kits would be real nice ... take the war elephant mentioned above,  a war elephant with primitive howdah could be paired with , primitive goblins/lizard men/cave men/savage orcs/ect ... a bronze age mix/match pair ... an iron age mix/match pairing ... then you could replace the elephant with a brontosaurus ... or war hydra ... or ...

Beast set up to carry ... something to carry ,howdah , turret, artifact ... crew for howdah in style of the different howdah styles ...

3-4 war beast × 3-4 howdah styles × ?# of crew types = a load of possibilities ... Before you even start to factor in mounted artifacts or giant riders or sci-fi turrets / gun platforms ... a load of possibilities.

Die based monsters of various sizes to go along with the Die based adventurers we're getting in the Bones 4 kickstarter.

 Seconded.

Also, we need an Arachnopus - a large spider-like creature with eight tentacles instead of legs. Each tentacle would have a large spike on the tip, and it would use the tentacles line regular legs to walk around.

Flying dragons and other flying fantasy creatures, sculpted to have a loop somewhere on their back such that they can hang from the ceiling by a cord. Work those dynamic poses!

.. and balanced so they can be put on flight bases.

Speaking of which, larger flight bases!

I would suggest the models being made for one or the other; the balance would be different for each case.
