I wrote about fey earlier, I also think they'd make for a good expansion.

I'd like some very freaky Seelie and Unseelie court members as well. Completely okay with them being human sized, to me the scary part about fey isn't their size.

Would also like to see some fairy, quicklings or similar small fey, preferably a pack of those. They are frequently summoned by druids. Fairy and similar small fey would also fight in a group of challenged, not alone, so multiple ones would really, really be appreciated.

For the non RPG crowd all that fey stuff would surely make for some enchanting dioramas.

Speaking of monsters totally missing from the Reaper line, adding a male and a female Rakshasa would be a good addition to the Bones line up.  And, while we are on the subject of tiger people, a weretiger (or weretigress, we have no female lycanthropes to date), and an appropriately sized tiger (Perhaps SKU 03668) would all all be welcome additions.  You could put them all in as a reward level together.  "Earn Your Stripes" or something punny.

Would love an otter model, damn near impossible to find a good one.

Some Dao and Marids would be cool, as would cloud and storm giants

Illithids and some Great Old Ones

Starjammer models as a stretch goal?

Reaper has done a great job fleshing out the Kobold, Goblin, and Orc lines in Bones.  How about expanding the Hobgoblins, Gnolls and Bugbears lines?  The hobgoblins rolled out in Bones 3 were great, but there are only four, and there are three pewter options that don't look at all similar.  A leader type, a spell caster, some spearmen, maybe a banner bearer and a musician or two.  Similarly there are four bugbear poses, all melee fighters.  Unlike the hobgoblins there are a few option more available in metal, but again the aesthetic is wildly different.  Again, leader and spell caster would be nice.  Perhaps some missile troops.  Bugbears are noted to be stealthy, perhaps some kind of skulker or ambusher.  As for gnolls, They have a leader, a cleric, an archer and some melee types.  Maybe a spearman or, some two handed weapon users?  And hyenas.  Two or three hyenas would do great at rounding them out.

More old-school, retro-'80s, heavy metal, Frazetta-style, doomed Warlords/Anti-Paladins/Blackguards/Evil Warriors.

I had something specific in mind for a project, and realized I really couldn't find very much that came close:  a big, goony, muscle-bound evil warrior with minimal barbarian armor, a horned helmet that conceals his face except for his inevitable glowing eyes, a cursed sword/axe/mace, and an evil-looking shield... sort of a not-Warduke or not-Deathdealer or not-TheMountain, exactly the sort of second-banana flunky that the Big Bad who doesn't want to get his/her hands dirty hires out to lead a rag-tag goon-squad of bandits, bounty-hunting assassins, or orcs to set that ambush for the do-gooders, or to hold the cursed and haunted fortress guarding the back entrance to the Big Bad's lair.

Ulthalokh the Unclean (02605), Benedikt Hellhorn (03200), Kouraneth (03109), D'Mona the Drinker (02066), Nimrah (02862), Karse (03366), Ilkhan of Malvernis (02407), Monique Denoir (02551), and Zarion Bloodnail (03304) all come close enough to what I had in mind that I could mod them the rest of the way, but they aren't yet Bones!

I play a lot of Dungeons and Dragons, which is what I use my miniatures for. In D&D 5th edition there are two main things that people polymorph their allies into: a T-Rex or a Giant Ape. The T-Rex is covered by Reaper and others, but the only Giant Ape I can find is Kabaka Kwana, Ape Lord (03052), which is available in metal but too expensive. I'd really like a Bones version of that mini.
