You know, one thing that could be pretty cool would be a flying carpet set.

Both a rolled up rug and an open one with a flight stand that's big enough to fit a couple minis on top of it.

That’s a fantastic idea. I don’t know about 5e, but 3e D&D had three different sizes of flying carpets. In tabletop game scale they equated to 1” x 1”, 1” x 2”, and 2” x 2”.

If reaper could make a few different sizes of flying carpets, perhaps slightly oversized, so the edges could be sculpted curled up slightly by the wind (to keep mini’s from scooting off) and still fully accommodate a 1” base within the lip... Those could be an awesome part of an Arabian themed expansion.

Cast the carpet in grey, and the base/flight stand in clear (similar to the 2-part casting of the Bones 5 Shoggoth from Chronoscope). Those would be quite useful.

Dead bodies... for use as scenery and quest markers. Pack of maybe 10 different ones lying on the ground or sitting up leanable against a wall. One set for fantasy and one for contemporary/zombie settings...

So far I have not found any good ones and converting normal miniatures usually does not look "right".

Thank you! :)

I'd think that even a single size would work for it with the 2"x2" being the basic one and you could use it easily enough as the smaller ones.

I'd just say it'd work as a single piece transparent that could be painted over for the rug itself while the rest could work well enough.

Or go all grey, and sculpt the flight part of it as a cloud effect...

Reposted from the General Thread:

I would love to see Reaper produce an entire hobgoblin infantry platoon at some point.

The hobgoblin platoon could include an officer, platoon sergeant, maybe a spell caster or cleric/medic, and definitely a variety of grunts armed to the teeth with bows/crossbows, pole arms, swords, etc. Bonus points for an armored carnivorous ape with hobgoblin handler.

Not sure if it's been said before, but it would be cool to get some spider-humanoids in bones.  D&D 5e has a few different kinds - Ettercaps, Chitine, and Choldrith that all have different combinations of human and spider anatomy.  There's not much representation for any of them on the market.  It may be possible to fill multiple niches with similar models, if three unique options are too specific.  There's a good ettercap option already in metal.

One thing that could fun is a mounted harpoon launcher. Would be great for pirates, airships, and several other things as well as something just to place around.

Other things like a general catapult and other siege engines could be interesting. The hard plastic material like the crypt would be interesting for something like a siege tower

I would like to see another villagers pack, but for demihumans or humanoids instead. Several adventures feature gnome / dwarf / elf villages, and it would be nice to have miniatures for some situations. Heck, orc, goblin, or kobold non-combatants come up a lot too.....

I agree with this!  I really enjoyed some of the non-human villagers included in earlier kickstarters.  The Half-Orc merchant, and Elf blacksmith come to mind.  They feel like they have stories and are more interesting to paint than nondescript and non-dynamic human villager with pitchfork #23.

Monster villagers and female demi-human villagers especially for me.  Very few...and some in the metal line that never made it (The Orc Matron comes to mind)

Not sure how well it would be, but some basic conversion parts that could work with several minis to add a bit of detail. Something like wolf tails for helmets or some sigils for things that could be put on flat pieces such as a wolf, horse, dragon, and similar things.

As someone who's mostly playing Pathfinder these days:

1. Goblins. Goblins are an official PC ancestry in Pathfinder these days, so Pathfinder-style goblins in a variety of styles matching different classes.

2. Barghest, in Medium and Large

3. Boars

4. Brain collector

5. Various drakes.

6. Alchemical golem

7. PF-style hobgoblins

8. Various linnorms.

9. Various proteans

10. Various psychopomps

11. Redcap

12. Shining child

13. Various flavor of xulgaths/troglodytes (in particular, check out the variants in the Extinction Curse adventure path).

In addition, if you could coordinate with Paizo and see what sort of stuff they're planning to use in future adventure paths, that'd be really great.

I have a few original, yet classic, suggestions.

HERALDIC BEASTS (heraldic charges). The animals and mythical beasts we see on flags, coat of arms, emblems, etc. All of them looking majestic and regal.

Welsh dragon:

Double headed eagle:

Lions:

Sea-Lion:

You got hounds, boar, panthers, swans, unicorns, griffons, etc.

The point is you have a majestic beast, symbol of your land, coming to aid your champion when summoned (say from a magic shield).
