A group of hobgoblins in roman kit would be awesome...and would be an interesting callback to how they were originally handled with minis (Most of the way people did them is with romans painted with bright red tones for their skin)

From facebook, someone said they stumbled across "weaselmancers" while reading the Reaper FAQ. I do believe we need weaselmancers! I picture a devious looking weasel wearing wizard robes in a mid-casting a spell pose. So cute!

I picture a regular wizard, but their entire spell repertoire revolves around summoning weasels of varying sizes, numbers, intelligences, and dispositions.

I think some redone familiars with the increased detail of Bones Black would be a welcome addition....

I was about ready to post on here earlier about that. Especially since most of the metal familiar packs never made the jump to bones. Would love some more animal options. Vultures and hyenas spring to mind, but more animals in general. Possibly with more of an epic scale. I know I have a bones lion who is smaller than a bones war dog. If we're going larger-than-life then might as well go big across the board.

I love the Bones familiars, my only problem with them was that they were a bit tiny and the detail of the Bones molds and process back then was so vague!

Would love updated familiars with better detail, a more substantial size, and more variety, including supernatural and artificial familiars like imps, homonculi, and so on, along with more species of animals (wait - there's no toad familiar??), and also more breeds/poses of popular animals like dogs and cats and so on.

I'd love to see some original, imaginary animals/familiars, too.  I thought the fish with legs and fangs that came with the Dreadmere set were fantastic!  There is (to my knowledge) no Monster Manual entry for those, which is great: this sort of thing could make for a wonderful blank slate to create a hostile alien or fantasy ecosystem around... a great flashback to the excitement of opening a Monster Manual for the first time and seeing things you've never seen before and imagining stories to tell around them.

Defensive stakes would be another thing I'd like to see. Either in 5"x1" strips or in 1" rounds with several in a row. Setting them up that they could be put on bases would do well for several games for fantasy and historical games.

Building these from scratch would be so easy and inexpensive. It seems a waste to ask reaper to model them, make molds, package up, and hope to sell to people that could just build them.

The problem with a lot of scratch built ones is that they tend to also be fragile and, often, relatively sharp. I've had several times where various things end up with blood on them and hands injured with pikes, stake lines, and the like. I've also seen many of them break in ways that are hard to repair. You could also say a lot of other ones are easy and inexpensive to make, but a lot of places make them as well...dragon teeth come to mind.

Having some ones that are more durable and less likely to end with real blood on the tips would be nice to have.

That does remind me that ESCI/ERTL used to make these cool little soft plastic "Battlefield Accessory" kits in 1/72 scale for historical wargaming, including one that was basically a tiny building kit that provided all the little beams, posts, planks, stakes, sandbags, and such for modelers to build their own stockades, spiked walls, bridges, watch towers, and the like from.

The kit was a little bit like a set of Legos or Tinker Toys:  it wasn't really designed to be built in any particular way, the packaging just gave some examples of what might be built with the parts, leaving the rest to the modelers' imagination.

I don't know if these are even still being manufactured, and they were both a bit too small for 28mm gaming (about half the scale that would be ideal), and a bit too fiddly for this sort of thing, but I kind of think something similar in 28mm Bones would be something that would find a lot of use with 28mm wargamers, diorama builders, modelers, and the like.

I think of that raft and carts from Bones KS4, and the Bones KS5 siege engines, piers, and brick walls, and things like the Bones furniture, gallows, and so on from earlier Kickstarters, and it looks like that sort of thing is partly in place, at least for Reaper's sculptors:  wheels, planks, beams, platforms, and so on... just make them a collection of separate parts in a building kit for modelers at home to construct into their own siege engines, vehicles, fortifications, and so on.

I'm sure that not every Bones customer would be into something like that, but those who are, seem like they would probably use more than one such set for all sorts of building projects.

TL;DR:  a "building kit" of textured planks, beams, walls, platforms, stakes, wheels, etc. for "scratch-building" small projects like vehicles, siege engines, watch towers, small buildings and fortifications, etc.
