SotF
One thing that could be interesting is a generic set of pedestals, perhaps with slots similar to the graveyard fence posts to fit some of the finials. Also several other options for the Finials. Perhaps also a lower wall/fence option similar to the graveyard fences for a waist high stone one with similar posts. Making the end options far more customizable in the end
Sylverthorne
We really need a dragon using a mead barrel for a tankard. Optionally, with a second, larger barrel (a full tun?) sitting by for refills!
Pancakeonions
...And what about casualties (dead guys)? Probably not a "must buy" for folks, but would you all consider doing an add on with a bunch of dead dudes that you could sell later in smaller packs of dead humans, dead elves, dead dwarves, dead orcs, dead flumphs, etc. I think there are few dead knights (in metal). I'd love to see more options in Bones (do folks from Reaper read these suggestions? anyone here who's been paying attention see some of these suggestions make the last few kickstarters?) Cheers!

(do folks from Reaper read these suggestions? anyone here who's been paying attention see some of these suggestions make the last few kickstarters?) They do indeed - or at least some short-list curated by the moderators, I believe! I think most of the popular suggestions that excited and interested their marketing/production folks, artists, and sculptors, have already been produced in previous Kickstarters - see Bones V's "Fan Favorites" for a collection of such suggestions realized as bones models, and the pirate ship was the result of popular demand in this thread and other communication channels to Reaper (Twitch Stream or Kickstarter comments, for example.) At this point, I think there's only a handful of popular, recurring requests that seem to (so far) have gone unused, for whatever reason - maybe Reaper didn't feel inspired by the concepts, or the concepts didn't seem like a practical idea, or Reaper didn't feel comfortable with the legal challenges, or the concept doesn't really fit their product range, or they didn't expect the models to sell, etc. There seem to have been a number of examples where schedules for stretch-goal reveals during the Kickstarters were re-arranged to move popular requests that happened to be on the schedule ahead to strategic points to get the most momentum from backers adding funds to support that sort of thing, and I think a couple of expansion sets during Kickstarters might have been inspired by these sorts of requests. Casualties and cavalry (or mounted/unmounted adventurer sets) seem to be a couple of those recurring requests that Reaper hasn't touched yet - it's hard to guess why, maybe because existing cavalry models aren't a profitable product (or maybe they are and there's some other reason, I wouldn't know either way), or maybe casualties seem a little odd compared to the rest of Reaper's inventory. It seems that a pretty standard selection of heroic adventurer minis tend to be Reaper's "bread-and-butter" and more popular products, alongside dragons, and followed by popular fantasy RPG monster types like orcs, goblins, skeletons, etc.... so, maybe casualties and cavalry seem like they are a bit outside the comfort zone for Reaper and their customers? (Then again, townfolk must have seemed like a weird product to take a chance with at first, but Reaper have included a few new townsfolk models in just about every Kickstarter since they first appeared, with Bones V having the biggest selection of new townsfolk yet, which I can't imagine Reaper doing unless Townsfolk were a successful experiment!) Both casualties and cavalry seem to be more popular requests for wargamers than tabletop roleplayers, but I could see certain cavalry being popular with painters, and casualties being popular as basing material. So, maybe the casualties just need a little more support to catch on, get developed, and become an unexpectedly successful addition to the Bones product line? I was just reading some old-school monster manuals, and noticed the following classics (some of which have been requested before) don't seem to have made it into Bones yet: Assorted fey monsters and/or NPCs (maybe a Fey Expansion?): Brownies, Sprites, Leprechauns, Redcaps, Pixies, Nixies, Sylphs, Faeries, Banshees, etc. (a variety of personalities would be great: whimsical, sly, friendly, mischievous, malevolent....) Fairy Swarm (a swarm of tiny, malevolent, winged fairies!) Satyrs, Fauns, Nymphs Will-o-Wisps Invisible Stalker, Shadow, Doppelganger (translucent plastic, vague, shadowy, featureless humanoid) Stirges / Stirge Swarms Nightmare (evil spirit-horse) Treant (there's a gigantic Bones Treant that makes a gorgeous display piece, but something a little smaller and more manageable - the size of Bones giants, maybe - would be more practical for tabletop gaming, deployable in larger numbers!) Animals (from random wilderness encounters): Tigers, Mountain Lions, Panthers (we might have one or two small ones from the familiars sets, but I bet some bigger, more dynamic big cats would sell really well!) Generic, Natural Wolves (all the current Bones models seem to be for dire wolves and zombie wolves!) Giant Octopus Giant Slug Giant Ants, Wasps, Bees Flying Insect Swarm Mythical creatures: Couatl (12' winged serpent) Qilin / Ki-Rin (a sort of celestial, intelligent, wizened, bearded, scaled, unicorn or horned mystical animal derived from Chinese mythology) Scorpionman (sort of like a demonic centaur, but the lower body is a big scorpion) Blink Dogs Dragonne (a lion-headed dragon; I'd be just as happy using the Bone V dragon-wolf, but maybe others prefer a dedicated Dragonne?) Gorgon (iron-scaled bull Lamia (centaur-like creature with a cat's body and a woman's upper body in place of its head) Sphinx (head of a woman on a winged cat's body) Hippogriff (horse with an eagle's head) Humanoids: Brigands, Buccaneers, Tribesmen, Nomads, Dervishes, etc. (from old-school random encounter tables; I'm happy using Anhurians and Black Bear Tribesmen for this sort of thing, but maybe other gamers prefer specific models?) Lurkers-in-Darkness / Dark Creepers (twisted, dwarven, hooded, chaotic/evil humanoids - "not-Lurkers-from-Phantasm") Mongrel-Mutants ("Not-Mongrelfolk", humanoids with mis-matched limbs and features, left overs from the experiments of insane wizards) Pig-Men, Devi-Swine, "Pig-Headed Orcs" (appear in D&D, William Hope Hodgson's "Mythos horror), and Minecraft) Hags Abominations, Cthulhu Mythos, and other Misfit Monsters: Worm-Walker / Gravespawn (from the Cthulhu Mythos, a mass of writhing worms in the shape of a man sometimes depicted in hooded robes, holding a human mask) Spider of Leng / Phase Spider (a large, weird, interdimensional, alien spider from the Cthulhu Mythos) Ultra-Filth Beast (a larger, more intelligent Filth Beast, or "Not-Neo Otyugh") Swamp Shambler (or, "not-Shambling Mound" - there's an excellent metal one, but no Bones version yet) Necrophidius (skeletal snake with human skull) Disenchanter (weird, gangly, camel-like creature with a long trunk whose touch removes enchantments from magical weapons) Edited July 17, 2021 by YronimosW 3

ksbsnowowl
Many of these already exist, or were tackled in Bones 5. Satyrs, Fauns, ... Bones 5 Greek Odyssey Invisible Stalker, Shadow, ... Invisible Stalker are basically just translucent air elementals, and there is a shadow bones mini (though I guess one with less distinguishable features scratches some itch). Nightmare (evil spirit-horse) - Reaper revealed a digital sculpt for “a future project” sometime last year. Betting we’ll see this in Bones 6. Tigers, Mountain Lions, Panthers (we might have one or two small ones from the familiars sets, but I bet some bigger, more dynamic big cats would sell really well!) - Snow Leopards in Bones 5 Mandupar Pass encounter, SKU’s 77939, 77341, 77216. Sure, most of them are Medium or on the smaller side of Large, but even the SKU 77341 lions are 2” long. Some bulkier models wouldn’t be amiss, though. Dragonne (a lion-headed dragon; I'd be just as happy using the Bone V dragon-wolf, but maybe others prefer a dedicated Dragonne?) - The Dragon Lion from the Bones 5 core set is basically exactly this. Gorgon (iron-scaled bull) - SKU 77256 Sphinx (head of a woman on a winged cat's body) - SKU 77576 Hippogriff (horse with an eagle's head) - Bones 5 Greek Odyssey expansion Brigands, - SKU’s 77707, 77507, 77508, 77509, 77510 Swamp Shambler (or, "not-Shambling Mound" - there's an excellent metal one, but no Bones version yet) - Not a perfect match, but the Whispering Ghoulsbane from Bones 5 Fan Favorites can easily serve this purpose.

SotF
A few more dinosaurs would be neat. Spinosaurus is one that would be fun to have, other than some 3D print files, the only one is the Jurassic Park game one and several massively oversized ones. Pteranodons would be another that could be a great thing and relatively common for RPG encounters as well as a lot of minis games. Compy/Celophisis or similar small one, both groups of them and as options for basing as a familiar...an Archeopteryx would be another great one for that kind of set. Pachycephalosaurus/Dracorex or similar species of dinosaur, same with things like the Gallimimus or Struthiomimus. Some of the various herd species would be nice. Perhaps, for terrain a couple nests (would work for dragons and other things as well) and a King Kong style/sized gate
crowsandbones
I would love to see a 1:1 scale life-sized fairie dragon, and a Norse expansion complete with a viking longship with changeable figureheads(Raven, Dragon, Wolf, etc.)

Maybe some more animal-humanoid folk as well since that seems to be the direction 5e is taking fey.

Oh, yeah, that's right - most of those you mention are from the Greek expansion, which I absolutely forgot all about. A testament, really, to just how many models Reaper managed to fit into this Kickstarter, actually: I could keep up with everything in the previous Kickstarters, but in this one, there was more than I could really remember, and every time I look back over the Kickstarter page, I see a bunch of new stuff that I just didn't remember seeing before (and that's before we get to the stuff that was added to the Pledge Manager later on!)
