Maybe one with the oh so historically inaccurate "pointy princess hat".

 

And men in matching civilian clothes to go with them.

Some heads, some hands, maybe a torso, a few weapons?

Hee hee!  This could double as a great parts set for anthropomorphic conversions.  I'd just which that the plaques would actually look interesting -- not just some simple beveled rectangle or circle, but something with a little flair to it.  If it were done in Bonesium, I could see myself buying an extra pack, removing the animal heads, and putting a weapon or some other prop (e.g., for putting a fancy sword on display).

Same here!  I painted up a whole swarm of 'em for a zombie-apoc campaign where I needed something to represent "fast zombies."  I tried bending the arms a little, and "creatively painting" for more variety, but there's only so much I could do with them.  Just two more sculpts and I think it wouldn't have looked nearly so repetitive.

Right now, I could really use a seated cowboy as a stagecoach driver.  I also have a few fantasy wagons/coaches that could use a coachman/driver of some sort, and I'm sure I could make the same figure do multiple roles with a little bit of kit-bashing.  I'd prefer that the seated miniature look like an existing STANDING mini, if possible, so I can buy both the seated and standing versions if desired.

- More non-human pirates (Elf, Dragonborn, Tiefling, Orc, Goblin, Centaur, Snakeman...), without gun or even better, with a no-gun option.

- More diversity in wererats in metal.

There is a Harryhausen styled Cyclops, but sadly he's not that large, and has a permanent rider.  I was surprised they never released a Goblinless one:

I'd like to see some more conversion packs, like the dragonman conversion set with multiple heads and wings. I'd love some sprues of Pig Faced Orc heads.

 Since they've been updating the old Dungeon Dwellers line, I wouldn't mind some more old-school superheros similar to the old Silver Sentinels.

Not-Asterix characters, but done to Reaper's usual aesthetic. Many of the townsfolk already qualify, but it'd be cool to be able to do the whole cast.
