I really like how your purple turned out.  Can you tell me the process.  What was your base color, what did you wash with(if you did) and what your highlight color was?

Thanks.

Here is the exostive process, like I mentionned I used 09780, Royal Purple Triad. I started with a basecoat of 09238, Regal Purple. Then, I applyed a thin layer of 09239, Monarch Purple which barely showed off at all. And finally builded up the highlight using toned down the 09240, Royal Purple with 09039, Pure White and Vallejo 70959, purple. The very final highlight on the sholder pad edge and on the back was obtained by mixing 09039, Pure White and 09031, Tanned Leather. I hope it will help.

OMG! Beautiful! Purple and green are my favorite colors so seeing him all decked out, he just has to be my favorite! Haha! Is it weird that my favorite part is the scabbard? It is just so beautifully painted! The harp is great too. Well done!

Pochi, Robinh, Wombat Warden, thanks for the kind words, I'm happy you like it too. Pochi, the scabbard is the last part I painted and I didn't know which color to choose. I went with the same green I used for the pants even though I first thought it might be a little to much green. I now think it would be a good idea to at least change the color of the gem on the sword knob. I think I will go with aqua blue on all three gemstone.
