CripDyke
i didn't even have time to do a reaper-tour!! spent all my time in multiple painting classes & playtesting Vicious Circle. ... not that those are bad things!! so, yeah, longer wouldn't be bad. signing up for specific time slots for painting classes wouldn't be bad. The vegetarians need to bond together to organize something more than just snacks (something that makes you feel like you've eaten a full meal) that isn't a 30 min drive away! Then there's the whole thing about DFW airport - don't get me started!! but i suppose that's out of Reaper's control...as is my frustrating lack of the several thousands of dollars needed to buy everything I wanted. Hmph.
Leech
I think levels of the painting classes would be cool. I'm pretty sure Whiz and the others saw how bewildered I was.... still, when I get some eyes on a CAV I'll know how to paint them :o) The badges have been covered, as has the scheduling. One thing about a longer con, Reaper was doing it's normal work right up until people started turning up for the meet and greet, but I'm sure the ReaperPeeps can come up with something :o) Some signups for the various gaming events would have been helpful, so those of us running them at least have ballpark figures... and we can plan ahead. This year, we had as many people on Sunday morning wanting to play CAV as pretty much the whole Saturday. Not that I minded in the slightest.... the more the merrier :o) Other than that, ReaperCon rocked as it was, so don't change anything else! :o)
Lord Baasen
I personally do not have the ability (or interest) to do the following but ... A Writers Class - 'Creating Great Fluff' Scenerio Designs - 'Getting Pass The 'Git 'im' Mentality' Oh, I take that back, I'd be interested in the Scenerio Designs. Mengu
2.) We're in need of a painting contest! I mean -- how fun would that have been. Both a traditional paint-before-you-come contest and a speed painting contest. I'm game for organizing the former next time around. If you all holler at me, I'll start up a thread for discussion of rules, categories, etc. We (me and Debby) were talking about this just last night actually. Debby was saying she'd be up organizing the latter. (gotto love volunteering other people )

(gotto love volunteering other people ) thanks honey yeah, I guess that was my hand in the air for organizing a speed paint (as long as Gary wouldn't mind) . 'Cause as Leech said the ReaperPeeps are busy making lead right up until we all arrive! debby
Rodnik
I can't think of anyone more qualified than Deb. She's so pleasant it's phenomenal. I just can't over it. Kev
Jester
Did someone say SPEED PAINTING CONTEST?!?!?!? No matter if we have a ReaperCon 2004 1/2 or a ReaperCon 2005 I will be there. I'll try not to break and/or damage anything next time.
Dancin'Debby
I'll try not to break and/or damage anything next time. Jester, if you're not damaged, there's no need for a competition - you win debby and leech , sorry I missed you this weekend
Leech
Ditto Deb, and Mengu too..... Surprisingly I spent ReaperCon by the CAV tables and the CAV racks. I didn't get much time to mooch around the other areas, which was a shame cos there was loads of people I didn't meet (including yourself). But next time, I'll know to force breaks upon myself... cos there's loads of cool stuff going on besides CAV (none of it's as cool as CAV, but still cool :o)). Unglef
Advertise and open it to the general public so we can scare the bejesus out of 'em.
coogle
A blind charity auction. Say the people who got places in the painting comp are encouraged to send in a mini anonoymously and people bid for which one they want and the proceeds go to a charrity. 'It's a 'con' thing to do.... and you'd get some pretty spiffy mini's.
Spike
After seeing all the open-gaming and scheduled gaming going on, both Warlord and CAV, it might be fun to have an official keeping-score of victories for the various factions. Perhaps the factions could also tie in with the namebadges, kind of like the alignments we all had (I was the only "Chaotic Weird" there). It'd be fun to get a bit of "team" mentality into the open gaming.
squidders
I couldn't go... and that's my suggestion... maybe a ReaperCon(Europe)? Yes it would be expensive to run and a logistical nightmare but hey... you can't turn down a jolly to Europe
