Daley's Dragoons
Being fairly new, I was wondering if I should run out and pick up JoR or wait for JoR2? Will all new information be in the second or will alot of the information be carried over and I should just bite the Guass round and wait it out? Chrome
The JoR is an annual military publication featuring the latest hardware for CAVs, Armor, Aircraft and Infantry. In other words, each JoR will will be different with new models and datacards. The idea is that the JoR will have 48 models, 4 models will be released by Reaper each month. When the year is up all 48 models in the book have been released and the next JoR comes out.
Daley's Dragoons
Thanks Chrome, helps clear things up. Looks like I will be needing to place an order in the near future. Also like Reaper's plans for introducing new figs and their data in one place. Nice to see a company have a long term plan that they let their customers in on it! What a refreshing change! nadinbrzezinski
Add to that that the JoR also has the contruction rules and all errata and rules clarifications. Nadin
Leech
It has a lot of errata and rules clarifications but not all of them. The best place for that is www.cavhq.com as they're all there in PDF format. The JoR does include the updated points costs for the units in the rulebook. In short, I'd not wait as it is very important to own the JoR since it expands the universe, the unit selections and the rules.
