Reaperbryan
Re sculpt. Autocorrect apparently hates that word.

That's so intriguing :d Another clue? :D Edited November 13, 2017 by NyarlaBcn
Reaperbryan
The autocorrect thing itself is not a clue. Its clumsy typing on my part. "receipt" is not a clue. It's a classic character, that I've asked for a re-imagining of before, and finally got.

Even if it ain't Sidrith, I'm gonna pretend it is. I'll even call it Sidrith, so if it's a dwarf fighter or a half-orc assassin it's still Sidrith Swordsister to me. In fact, I might just make EVERY character and NPC Sidrith Swordsister from now on. "Ah ha ha ha ha! You foolish adventurers fell right into my trap! Now I, the undead lord Dragoth the Defi... I mean, Sidrith Swordsister, will crush all of you! Starting with YOU, my hated nemesis Lord Der... I mean, Sidrith Swordsister! THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE" 2

THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE" I wish to avoid getting the fanbase attached to one particular concept - we already know what it is, and at this point, no matter how enthusiastic y'all get over a fan suggestion, we are not gonna be able to change it. Still, I believe this model has a sword, so if you want to refer to it as a swordsister, and specifically Sidrith, while I suspect the companions and comrades of the character in question will raise some eyebrows, you are free to do so. Our models have names because for most people a name is an easier thing to remember than a simple part number, not because you are under any obligation tp use the models as the charters we have envisioned. You do you. /************ Note that, like my "fighter with bow" and "red haired models" stories, I actually do have an experience of a customer putting a miniature back on the peg after having identified the model as perfect for his character because his character wasn't named the same thing as the miniature, and he didn't want to play somebody else's character... NyarlaBcn
Then I suspect its Arnise. It will make sense. It's a sculpt with lots of personality, she does have a sword, and recently she partied with some companions & comrades on Reaper Bones IV... :d If its Arnise I will love it. If not, probably I will love it too... because let's be honest, so far all 11 miniatures had been great (with the exception of Elanter maybe) Edited November 13, 2017 by NyarlaBcn
ttuckerman
I think from his comments it is a male. That is why they would look at him funny saying swordsister. Although with my GM it would not be too unusual. I had a male thief that I played for a year as a female due to a girdle of sex change. After I finally found a magic user that could and would remove curse we stopped that campaign in about a month.

buglips*the*goblin
I actually do use the name on the blister for my games - for heroes and villains. They're mostly pretty good names. In fact, any time I have to make a new character I look at what I have or is in the catalog and pick what I want to be. Making a character based off a mini has the distinct advantage of making every mini a perfect match for my character. You'd think the fact I'm doing this would be self-evident, but I have twice been asked if Reaper has made the figure based off my character. Unless Reaper has a Palantir or time machine, I suspect the answer is likely to be no. But I still maintain my wards and keep an eye out for temporal anomalies, just to be sure. Especially time loops. I hate those. Especially time loops. I hate those. Especially time loops. I hate those. 6
