Buffy Baggins from Lord of the Slayer.

A young halfling teenager who goes around slaying trolls, dragons, wraiths, etc with the help of her small group of eclectic and zany halfling, human, dwarf, and elven friends.

They're usually sent and occasionally aided on their adventures by their mentor, Rupert the Tweed.

 

Excitement and hilarity ensues.

Charles Dresden a young wizard whose abilities led to early onset baldness who endevors to keep the Chicagoland area safe from supernatural entities and kite eating trees. He is accompanied in his efforts by Linus Raith whose security blanket may or may not be the shroud of Turin, his dog Snoopy the Mouse providing occasional air support from his Sopwith Camel, Lucy Raith , whose crabbiness can inflict psychic damage even on the unliving, Sally Carpenter, Lady of Winter and High Priestess of the Great Pumpkin, and Detective Peppermint Murphy  who has perfected the art of gunfighting in sandles. (Throwing in a 3rd) He is occasionally aided by his cat Mister Chester who is convinced that no matter what kind of creature they are facing, the grand mastermind behind it all is a rabbit named Bunnicula.

Hmm.

 

Paul Kinnison, Lensman of Dune. He's never been able to get his Greys; just too emo. Primarily uses a Dureum Space Axe, because a DeLameter has an unfortunate interaction with personal shields. Currently working on how to make a sand worm inertia-less.

Deanna Summer Winchester and Samantha Dawn Winchester are badbroccoli sisters who travel the country looking for monsters to slay - primarily vampires. Deanna has the brawn due to being chosen as a slayer, and Samantha has the brains and residual mystic abilities from her strange origin. Both are adept at exorcisms, but sometimes need the help of a friendly witch. Deanna finds beer to be pleasing and foamy; it doesn't always agree with her. 

 

They've saved the world a lot and died a few times. They got better. 

 

Buffy + Supernatural. Buffy's middle name is Ann. It fits imo

Flinagon!  The adventures of a boy and a dragon across worlds.  On some worlds the dragon is just a small pip of itself, but on some it's saphire wings spread wide and Flinagon is able to ride her and deal with the minions of the evil king.  You never know what adventures these two will get into following the starmap they found, but it's going to be an interesting journey!

(This combines Eragon by Christopher Paollini with Phillip Linx (Flinx) by Alan Dean Foster... coincidentally helped by them both having draconic counterparts, Saphira and Pip respectively).

 

Caelric and Hobbes.  The boy ranger with a soul sucking sword and a pet tiger that others believe is imaginary.  Luckily the sword only works on beings that Caelric and Hobbes are fighting together or I'm sure his mother and father would spend eternity in a different location entirely!

Ahmed Morgan, The 13 Minds. He's a poet, a warrior, a teacher, a cop, a contractor, an FBI profiler, etc. He just doesn't know which one he is today!

Now see, my two favorite shows right now are Supernatural and Lucifer. Which, ummm, kind of made the mash up seem not so mash up. :p

That would be a bit conflicting, considering the drastically different takes on the devil. On the other hand, Crowley and Dean had a fun run

Indeed, that was one of my favorite episodes. But in trying to mash them up I kept coming up with some variation of Lucifer Winchester, the devil works to curtail the spread of criminals and other bad elements -- which is basically Lucifer already. Or, Dean Morningstar a fighter of evil faced with supernatural elements/threats. Which again, pretty similar. :p Amazingly though, the two shows are drastically different!

With a blend of modern spy thrillers and medieval fantasy, "Secret Agent Mage" was inevitable.
