Through this project we want to launch a new diorama available in two different scales: 32mm and 75mm. All the figures will be casted in high quality resin as always.

Our brand explores uncommon fantasy themes, nature and myths. This time we decided to dedicate a diorama to the WINTER season and in particular to the suggestive and fascinating natural spectacle of Northern Lights. The Penguin King has traveled from Antarctica to the Arctic lands in search of the entrance of the legendary kingdom of Agarthi....

As every miniatures collector know, miniatures aren't simple toys, they are pieces of art. For this reason, we have carefully taken care of all the development of this scene sculpted by Andrey Loktionov and based on a digital painting of Stefano Moroni.

The sculpt is done, ready to be casted.

If the project will be funded, the diorama will be painted by Aleksandra Cvetanovski (32mm version) and Mirko Cavalloni (75mm version).

I'm not sure why, but I find this insanely cute!

I know.  And that crown-wearin', whip-crackin' penguin is driving the sleigh like a boss.

While I agree that it is kinda cute, I just don't enjoy when they use animals without any consistency. It makes no sense. Why are the penguin and polar-bear dressed in clothes, while the walrus and seal are not? Is the walrus an "animal" and is that the reason it drags the sledge, or is it rather a slave, which would explain the abuse. What about the seal? Why is it laying naked in the back if it is normal for these animal-men to wear clothes? A lot of questions. :)

Sometimes it best not to think too much about such stuff.

Wait a second!! Are you implying that Donald Duck really is a cannibal?! Oh lord, now you are treading on thin ice!

All I'm saying is I don't see Daisy sitting at that table...

Just throwing this out there for anyone interested (yes I did back and no, I don't know them)...
I did back their last KS as well and was happy with the results. They did a great in keeping people up to date and got all of the files out quickly.

The figures look "funny" in the pictures due to them using the print-ready 3D files. I think that at the smaller scales especially, they are enhanced just enough so they will keep their detail and make them easier to paint IMO.

Anyway take a look if you are interested!

Just a fun little surprise I happened across earlier.  No pictures of the dice and it's ending today, but some really nice ones on their store and I've friends who own some so I thought I'd give it a go.
