More 1/72 Plastic Fantasy Vikings

I finished up two more stands of fantasy Vikings for more portable 1/72 scale campaign set up.  These are intended as “Blades” for Hordes of the Things, so I grouped all the two-handed axes I could get out of a box each of Zvezda and Orion Vikings and possible Revell Saxons.  This puts me up to twelve bases for the ‘army’, with three to go, so I’ve got enough to swap the order of battle around a little bit between games.

Magnifiers, a wet palette, and a Winsor Newton series 7 000 brush makes a lot possible that I wouldn’t have thought a few years ago....

Your SPLENDID creations bring back memories of my friend, Doug, & his love of the 1:72 scale warriors of various periods. Your brushwork is of a quality that would stand up at a larger scale. Color selection is WONDERFUL; AND the bases give the Warriors a vignette appearance. VERY WELL DONE!
