Three Vampire Brides from Bad Squiddo Games' "My Last Sunrise" (picture intensive)

These are the "Vampire Brides" from Bad Squiddo Games, which last summer came out with a line of Hammer-type horror figures called "My Last Sunrise." They are sculpted by Gus Kearns and were introduced with the tag line "Get married, they said. Best day of your life, they said."

The Gothic Ladies are LOVELY in their own charming, horrifying way. Your technique lends itself perfectly to the subjects. VERY WELL DONE!

They are available on the Bad Squiddo website.

The sculpting looks a little crude, but your paint job is wonderful.  I love the effects on their drapery, especially the pink one.

Their hands are kind of large. I think that lets them be expressive. 

 

I hadn’t originally planned to paint them first (out of the “My Last Sunrise” Kickstarter), but I found their campy Hammer horror female vampire in a nightie vibe oddly appealing.
