ladystorm
Rolling Along Update: November 16, 2018 Some days you roll the dice and you are successful. Our new favorite dice guys, the High Rollers Add On, are joining the second half of the Fan Favorites Expansion in this update's Showcase. Most Frequently Asked Questions When will my rewards order ship? When does Wave X ship? At this time, we remain on schedule to begin fulfillment in February 2019. As we have done with previous projects, all Domestic/US Hub waves ship one after the other, with us stopping long enough to restock and resupply between waves. The AU Hub will receive pulled orders and ship the boxes from their location. There are no waves shipping from this hub. The UK Hub will be pulling orders and shipping in wave order, similar to our US Hub. As soon as we are aware of any changes to this planned shipping schedule, we will communicate them here, in the Kickstarter Updates. How do I update my shipping address? ladystorm
Update #111 And a Fire-Breathing Dragon Just for Me December 21, 2018 We'd like to wish all of our backers and fans the happiest and healthiest of holidays. December Dragons are the theme of this update, but first... Most Frequently Asked Questions When will my rewards order ship? When does Wave X ship? At this time, we remain on schedule to begin fulfillment in February 2019. And to confirm it, we remain on schedule to begin fulfillment in February 2019. The first of the containers have begun to arrive here in Texas. We are putting together a short video of the arrival and unload process for an upcoming update. As we have done with previous projects, all Domestic/US Hub waves ship one after the other, with us stopping long enough to restock and resupply between waves. Both the AU and the UK Hubs will receive pulled orders from us in Texas and ship the boxes from their location. There are no waves shipping from these hubs. To clarify as this seems to confuse, we pull and box up your order here in Texas. Load your order onto a pallet with other orders from fellow backers that are also shipping from the same Hub. Send the pallet of orders to the Hub. The Hub applied postage and sends it on to you. The nature of a pallet prevents us from shipping in any sort of wave order from the hubs. As soon as we are aware of any changes to this planned shipping schedule, we will communicate them here, in the Kickstarter Updates. Can I still add to my order? Nunae
Question: Have there been problems with non-standard letters in addresses/names in the past? I mean characters like Ä, Ö, Ü, ß that are not being used in the English language. I had troubles in the past with other webshops from the US whose computerprograms would convert my address into gibberish because of one of those letters, which ofc, meant they were returned to the sender.
ladystorm
with our current shipping software, no, they have not been issues. if you are giving an address entirely in non-Western characters, such as Cyrillic or Korean for two examples, then, yes, it is a problem. 4

As promised, when we are aware of any changes to our planned shipping schedule, we communicate them here, in the Kickstarter Updates. We are now aware of a change to our planned shipping schedule. Our final container will be shipping the first of February. This means we expect to receive it the first week of March. This means we won’t be able to begin fulfillment in February as planned. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you as we remained on target to be on time, for once, up until this news reached us. We were so hopeful that we could pull this off on time. Thankfully, this should be a minor delay in the plan and not as late as previous projects. Once we receive and unload the final container, we will begin the transition to fulfillment. We will have final inventory verification, staging of the warehouse, and scheduling pick up arrangements with the shipping carriers. Then we can begin to pull the orders. Both the AU and the UK Hubs will receive pulled orders on pallets and ship the boxes from their location. There will be no wave shipping from these hubs. Their pallets are planned to ship from our US Hub before we begin Domestic/US Hub wave shipping. As we have done with previous projects, all Domestic/US Hub waves will ship one after the other, with us stopping long enough to restock and resupply between waves. We expect all Domestic Waves to be completed within 4 weeks of beginning shipping. Let’s Explore: Darkreach This is the project graphic. And it will arrive in a box much like this one. Nunae
With the recent political decisions in the UK, a "hard Brexit" is a real possibility, and with the delay in shipping, this might happen before fulfillment is complete. The UK is set to leave the EU at the end of March. Is there a contingency plan if that happens? Like shipping the EU packages directly from the US? I'm not trying to be nagging or difficult, and I'm overall very happy with Reaper in general and with this project in particular. But there is a (for me) large sum of money at stake here, as is for all the other EU backers and this makes me nervous. We did prepay 20% VAT with every purchase we made in the pledge manager. If the UK leaves the EU without a deal and our orders go their planned way of US -> UK -> EU, EU citizens would have to pay aprox. 20-25% VAT and custom fees again to import their orders from the UK to the EU, basically paying VAT twice. It would be very much preferable to import the package directly from the US to the EU, without the UK being involved at all (again, in the case of a hard Brexit). In that case, the VAT we prepaid could be used to cover the VAT fees due for the import from the US to the EU. If there are differences in shipping rates, I would be willing to cover those, but that would probably still be a lot cheaper than paying potentially hundreds of Euros in additional fees for the import from the UK.
ladystorm
We are aware of Brexit and are monitoring the situation closely. We will make appropriate plans when there is solid information to make plans from. 5
ladystorm
Update #114 Feb 1 2019 Nothing to Dread Update: February 1, 2019 As requested, we'll preview the Dreadmere Expansion in this update, but first, the MFAQs… Most Frequently Asked Questions How do I update my shipping address? To update your shipping address, log into the Reaper Bones 4 Pledge Manager and change those details. It is most important NOW, that you verify the address is correct, as any returned packages will be subject to reshipping charges. It is your responsibility to update your address through the Reaper Bones 4 Pledge Manager. Sending us an email to update it will not be honored. The Reaper Bones 4 Pledge Manager link is https://ks.reapermini.com/bones4 If the information doesn't appear to update, log out, clear your cookies/cache, and log back in. If you need to change your shipping country, you will need to email us. There may be an increase to your shipping expense that will have to be paid before the country can be changed. How do I verify my order? What did I order? To review your completed orders, follow the Completed Orders link on the Bones 4 Pledge Manager. The Reaper Bones 4 Pledge Manager link is https://ks.reapermini.com/bones4 If you see at least one order (defined as an itemized listing of product) under Completed Orders, then you're fine. If all you see is your shipping address, you are not fine. There is no order on file and it is too late to fix this. When will my rewards order ship? When does Wave X ship? There is no update to the information we shared last week. Our final container will be shipping the first part of February. What about Brexit/Chinese Tariffs/other political situations around the world? We are aware of these situations and are monitoring them closely to see how they might impact our fulfillment. When, and if, there is enough information for us to lock in a plan of action we will do so. Until that time, all we can do is stay informed. Let’s Explore: Dreadmere Expansion This is the project graphic. And it will arrive in a box much like this one. Dimensions of the box are approx 4x5x7 inches. Funny story, the center model on this box, the Dreadmere Juggernaut, is actually found in the Fan Favorites Expansion and not this one. Can you just image all the emails about missing models we'll be getting for that oops? 401: Crimson Herald sculpted by Bobby Jackson 402: Jakob Knochengard & 440: Damaris, Duskwarden sculpted by Bobby Jackson 403: Andowyn Thrushmoor & 408: Juliana, Herbalist sculpted by Bobby Jackson 404: Lukesia D'Vandra sculpted by Bobby Jackson 405-406: Dreadmere Mercenaries & 435: Fruella (Axe) sculpted by Bob Ridolfi 407: Dreadmere Mercenary & 434: Tosca (Broom) sculpted by Bob Ridolfi 409-411: Fishwife, Barrel o' Fish & Crone sculpted by Bob Ridolfi 412: Sheriff & 413: Reeve sculpted by Bobby Jackson 414: Boat sculpted by Chris Lewis 415: Maggotcrown Bonesack sculpted by Chris Lewis 416-418: Maggotcrown Spearman, Swordsman & Axeman sculpted by Bobby Jackson 419-420: Fisherman & Fishwife with cart sculpted by Bobby Jackson 421: Dreadmere Wight sculpted by Bobby Jackson 422: Bergamot sculpted by Bobby Jackson 423: Cart sculpted by Chris Lewis 424: Vatanis sculpted by Bobby Jackson 426-427: Giant Frogs sculpted by Jason Wiebe 428: Bloodwolf sculpted by Sandra Garrity 429: Raft sculpted by Chris Lewis 430: Razormouth & 431: Terror Fish sculpted by Chris Lewis 432: Torlan & 433: Bufo sculpted by Jason Wiebe 436: Serena (Sword) sculpted by Bob Ridolfi 437: Spirit Beast sculpted by Julie Guthrie 438: Giant tortoise & 439: Tortoise Handler sculpted by Jason Wiebe 441-442: Giant Leechs sculpted by Enos Kline 443: Gulper sculpted by Jason Wiebe Let’s Revisit: Dreadmere Expansion Last week when we previewed the Darkreach Expansion, we shared a handful of models that are translucent in images that were not translucent material. We had made the decision to share them as their test shots to better capture the detail in the images. With all the technical issues I had when I made the update last week, I neglected to include the verbiage to explain this and I also neglected to include the translucent images alongside the test shots. I apologize for confusion I may have caused. Here are those omitted translucent images. . . Other Problems If you have other problems, please email us at [email protected]. Be sure to specify what project you're having a problem with (this is Bones 4). That same help desk handles all customer service for all of Reaper's retail and consumer orders, as well as our previous projects, so we need your help knowing how to best help you. Please do not include screenshots or attachments, as we have stringent security protocols which filter these out and delete the messages containing them. LittleBluberry
Will Reaper let us know when the last container departs for the USA? If so, where will that information be?
ladystorm
There is no plan to deviate from the first and third Friday schedule of updates until such time as fulfillment is beginning. All official information is distributed through Kickstarter Updates.
